Our real-world study comparing extended-interval (EI) dosing of pembrolizumab vs standard-interval dosing shows that EI dosing maintains both safety and efficacy in patients with breast cancer.
💊 Overall, this data supports switching to EI dosing of pembrolizumab to improve medication burden for patients.

Excited to present the results of the gut microbiome correlative analysis from the phase II neoHIP trial which investigated the addition of pembro to neoadjuvant HER2-targeted therapy in early HER2+ breast cancer. We found that the gut microbiome was significantly different according to pCR status across the 3 arms, with increased abundance of several species previously associated with ICI efficacy.

🔹Although OS was immature, a trend towards benefit of giredestrant was seen
🔹Side effect profile fairly similar to other endocrine therapies
Will be practice-changing for many patients with early HR+ breast cancer.
