Naturally we like to gravitate towards the negative aspects of NIL. Such as the overconsumption of cars, jewelry, etc. Which needs to be addressed. But let’s not overlook how special it is for a college kid to change the entire dynamic of his family by simply playing the sport.

Penn State DT Siale Taupaki grew up in a two-bedroom home with 22 people in it. He bought his parents Wi-Fi to watch him play on Saturday in his 8th season of college football. After his press conference, he shook hands with every reporter in the room.

Rondale Moore suffered back to back season ending knee injuries in 2024 and 2025. This photo was taken right after his second ACL tear back in August. Now, it’s been reported that he’s passed away. He was just 25 years old, man 😔
