I would rather have been wrong.
Am I the only one who now sort of wishes not having read The Handmaid's Tale? I love your work, @MargaretAtwood, but I seriously worry that you might be a visionary.

I don't know who had the idea to sit @PeteButtigieg down with undecided Michigan voters and just let him cook, but this is just brilliant content strategy.

Cardi B, who is campaigning with Kamala Harris today in Milwaukee, is a policy nerd and an FDR historian. I loved when her high school history teacher defended her on Facebook.

Just a reminder that you are doing your best, and that’s more than enough. It’s okay to take it one day at a time.

Just here to declare my continuing beef with Honors College prompts that ask students to tell them why they want to be in the Honors College. They're 17 yo and they barely even know what college itself will be like, so why don't you just say, "Read our website and summarize it?"

We flew over Hurricane Milton about 90 minutes ago. Here is the view out the Dragon Endeavour window. Expect lots of images from this window as this is where I’m sleeping while we wait to undock and return to Earth. Timelapse coming in a separate post. 1/6400 sec, f8, ISO 500

"Just wanted to make you aware if you hadn’t heard about the smaller communities regarding hurricane helene. I’m from a little town outside of Asheville NC called Burnsville… Burnsville Spruce Pine Little Switzerland Boone Blowing Rock Bakersville They are devastated. I last heard from my parents in Spruce Pine yesterday at 8:15 as the core of the storm went over them and trees were falling in their house. All cell towers were wiped out, no electricity, no gas, limited food and water and every single road getting up to them is washed out and not drivable The only way to get to them is by air. I’m going to send you some images I’ve gotten from friends who were able to connect to Starlink. It’s absolute the worst devastation the mountains has seen in our lifetimes We are all worried sick and no one can get in to help them. They need FEMA, national guard, Red Cross, urgently!”
