Give God praise. Clips of my oral arguments are all over the internet. The more people hear real law, the more God is glorified for His wisdom. People created government. Our long neglect of law has allowed many wrongs to be done. No more. H/t @PT1091943

It's amazing that certain controversial priests out there aren't asked to "take a fast from media," but Father Ripperger is. I wonder why......?

Why would Denver archbishop Golka ask this priest to take a one-year pause delivering this truth to the faith? Father Chad Ripperger - Signs of the Mark of the Beast & Rise of the Ant... youtu.be/I2p_cfipbEw?is=jbBU… via @YouTube

I think Father Ripperger is being kind but should fight harder for what God entrusted him to do. A one year break from educating and helping the faithful defend and protect their marriages and families? That’s such a lie. Archbishop Golka is not an honest leader in our church and has encouraged others underneath him to be the same. He wasn’t honest with me when I requested he meet with me two years ago now about the growing situation in Colorado with our children being attacked by a variety of sexual attacks, especially in our schools. He refused to meet with me when I had a real path to remedy for our children and proven results to go with it and he knew it. Priests and deacons underneath him act the same while being his gate keepers, often times using a variety of psychological tactics to censor or insult those who are discerning the Lords call to action (faith with works that God speaks of, or specially in Revelation 3). A call of this magnitude requires the church’s support. I was also told recently by the head deacon of the Colorado Springs Diocese that the Catholic Church doesn’t get involved in political matters, yet it has been involved in the pro-life movement since 1973 when Roe was set in motion and is now involved in the anti-human trafficking movement here in Colorado, two topics that are both highly political. And all three diocese across our state have also endorsed petition efforts to protect kids in our upcoming election, which also is political. Bishop Golka also promised to meet with me after the Lord helped force a one on one for us after a mass he officiated, and then he went back on his promise two weeks later. After following Father Ripperger since June, I can see why he isn’t getting support from the Archbishop. The pattern seems clear that when a person discerns a clear message from God to protect the faithful, marriages, families, and the most vulnerable of our society and to do so by being loud about it in public, this warrants censoring and discouragement from our Catholic leaders. Jesus said to bring the darkness to the light and that to do it in private is even shameful (Ephesians 5: 11-13). So why would any church leader ever we want to stop the faithful from doing just that? Jesus also said “whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever is against me scatters” (Matthew 12:30) and that “faith without works is dead” (James 2:26). And the consequence for faith without works referenced in Revelation 3 is damning when you read it closely. Therefore Father Ripperger should get an award for his efforts to combat evil the way he is, and all the faithful should stand up and support him publicly by requesting to Archbishop Golka that he be immediately reinstated back to what he was doing — fighting Satan.

The best year in the history of the American cattle business is the year the ranchers are leaving. He sells his calves for the highest prices anyone can remember. He watches the national herd fall to its smallest since 1951. He watches the calf crop fall to its smallest since 1941. He sees his neighbours quit in the best market in living memory. He hears the President tell him to get his prices down. He watches that President quadruple the beef coming in from Argentina. He loses the packing plant that employed a third of the nearest town. He counts four companies standing between his gate and the plate. He finds every incentive pointing at selling the herd and none at rebuilding it. The record price is real and he is finally getting it, ten years too late. It arrived after a decade of drought and forced selling that took the equity, the neighbours and the moment to expand, and it arrives now as the reward for having something left to sell rather than as a reason to breed more. Because rebuilding means keeping back the heifers he could sell today at the best price of his life, feeding them through two winters, and betting on a market three years out that his own government is filling with cheap imports on purpose. On Friday it filled it again. Three hundred thousand tonnes of foreign ground beef, tariff free for ninety days, sold at a quarter under the price he is getting, announced as the thing that will help him rebuild. Best prices in history. Fewest ranchers in seventy five years. Fifty years they told him his beef was killing the country. Now it costs too much, and that is his fault as well.

Does anyone remember this amazing story? On July 2, 1982, a truck driver from California flew 16,000 feet into the sky in a lawn chair. Larry Walters, 33, from San Pedro, had dreamed of flying his whole life. He bought 42 eight-foot helium weather balloons, tied them to a regular Sears lawn chair, strapped on a parachute, packed a BB gun to pop balloons to descend, a CB radio, sandwiches, and a six-pack of beer. He expected to float a few hundred feet above his backyard. He cut the rope and shot up like a rocket — to 16,000 feet. He drifted directly into the main approach path for LAX. Two airline pilots radioed the tower: they had just passed a man in a lawn chair holding a gun at 16,000 feet. For 45 minutes, he floated over Los Angeles, freezing cold, too scared to shoot balloons because he might fall. Finally, he started popping balloons one by one and slowly descended. He landed tangled in power lines in Long Beach, California, causing a blackout. When police arrested him, they asked why he did it. He said, "A man can't just sit around." The FAA fined him $4,000. He became a national folk hero — Lawnchair Larry — and inspired the movie Up.

Sean, I don’t know you but I can tell you love Colorado enough to vent and post your frustrations about what is happening to it. I feel the same. You said something in your post that got my attention. Your three word response to the question of what has caused our steep decline was “One Party Rule”. I used to feel the same way and if we choose to believe that elections fix things that would be true, because then we vote and wait for results. But this isn’t working for us is it? And most of us know it and it’s making most throw their hands up in disgust and frustration. I’ve always felt there had to be another way. I’ve always felt deep down the Founders had to have seen this coming and put safeguards in place to stop it. For many years I didn’t know if they really did or not, but about three years ago I found they did. The Bill of Rights is a very specific lane of the state constitutions every state has. In this lane the People declared for themselves a list a various rights that were “hereby secured”, hence untouchable in any legal sense. No state statute, rule adopted by anyone or any entity could ever touch or diminish a right. Statutes or rules written lawfully could only enhance and protect the rights inside this lane of the People’s rights, but had to do so without infringing whatsoever on another’s rights. This made things really slow down for the legislative branch and it was by design the founders did this — hence, a safeguard in place. Elected officials also swore an oath upon taking office. This oath was to protect the rights of the People in the Bill of Rights and to fail to do this when warned of a transgression by the people (our right to petition (or inform) our government for redress of grievance) would be an act of treason and much came with specific punishment as stated and defined in the constitutions. So here are a few things the constitutions say in the Bill of Rights: Colorado, Article II, Section 1 — All political power is vested in and derived from the people; all government, of right, originates from the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole.” Kansas, Bill of Rights, Section 3 — The people have the right to assemble, in a peaceable manner, to consult for their common good, to instruct their representatives, and to petition the government, or any department thereof, for the redress of grievances This is important because the meaning of the word “instruct” is powerful and the meaning of the word the founders understood when they put it there was “to teach, or educate; to command one to do something. Elected officials are our servants and servants obey. We also hold “ALL” political power so how do they have any? Kentucky, Bill of Rights, Section 2 — Absolute and arbitrary power over the lives, liberty and property of freemen exists nowhere in a republic, not even in the largest majority. This one is key and the response I have to your answer or your question regarding what has caused the steep decline in our state. My three word answer to that question is “We The People”. We are responsible for the decline because we don’t know our rights or how to stand on them even if we do. If we knew we would take back our state by taking back our government now and without delay. We don’t need to wait for elections to fix things and we don’t need to believe a lengthy petitioning process that was amended into our constitution after the original constitution was formed, is the next only way the people can step in and fix bad government. And to believe the lie that one party rule is to blame justifies my point that “We The People” Are the reason for the decline because if we knew our rights and that there is no power over our rights, even in the largest majority, then a one party rule wouldn’t scare us. We can take our state back and we can do that quickly, but we have to assemble and come together to do so.

What’s a rip off is the IRS taxing the American people. Where is the authority? The 16th Amendment? What did the US Supreme Court say about taxable income in the Brushaber case? Income that is taxable is that of “persons” and not “people”. Corporate entities dealing in commerce, that income is taxable. So what about foreigners making money while here in the United States? Is a foreign visitor subject to federal income taxes if while visiting the country they make an income that is known and must be declared? Of course they do. Even while visiting they are under the jurisdiction of the United States therefore they must follow our laws and pay our taxes at the rates set fourth by legislative statute. After all they agreed to follow our laws when they had their passport stamped and came over here to visit and play soccer. Tax them. But we know how this will play out. Because they are celebrities, elite athletes, entertainers, etc. and because FIFA is big, some back door deal will be done here to reduce the tax. And when it happens remember, will our government finally recognize they have been unlawfully taxing the People and will the People be entitled their money back from all the years of unlawfully taxing the People? foxnews.com/politics/irs-hot…

But will we see arrests, prosecutions, and imprisonment? Doubt it. We are still waiting for justice with the Epstein files too aren’t we? Maybe this is the new distraction away from what we were pressing so hard on with Epstein. . . ?
🚨 The U.S. Election System is Broken. Here’s what the disclosures reveal: - Hundreds of millions of American voter files in the hands of foreign govs - Voting machines & ballot-counting systems exposed to hacking & manipulation - China & other adversaries actively trying to meddle in elections - Evidence of fraud being buried - Hundreds of thousands of non-citizens & dead people still active on voter rolls - No Voter ID, no Proof of Citizenship required - Tens of millions of mail-in ballots floating unsecured Enough is enough.

🔥 TRUMP JUST REPOSTED JFK’S MOST TERRIFYING SPEECH — AND THE DEEP STATE IS PANICKING JFK saw it coming. In 1961. And now, Trump has just made sure 300 million Americans see it, too. The speech everyone’s talking about: Kennedy’s address to the American Newspaper Publishers Association, April 27, 1961. The CIA had just botched the Bay of Pigs. Kennedy was livid. He’d been lied to by his own intelligence apparatus. And he walked onto that stage and said something no president has dared say since. “We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence — on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice.” Read that again. Monolithic. Ruthless. Conspiracy. This wasn’t some fringe radio host. This was the sitting President of the United States, on live television, telling the American people that a shadow network of power — operating through intelligence agencies, media complicity, and institutional capture — was working against the republic itself. And then he said the quiet part out loud: “Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.” Sound familiar? Sixty-five years later, Trump drops this video on Truth Social. No commentary needed. The speech does all the work. And within hours, the same media outlets that spent four years calling Trump a conspiracy theorist are suddenly very quiet. Here’s what they don’t want you to connect: - Kennedy was assassinated 2.5 years after this speech - The Warren Commission was a joke — even the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1979 concluded Kennedy was “probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy” - The files are STILL classified - Trump has been pushing to release them, but the permanent national security state refuses, instead slow-walking the order The timing isn’t random. This isn’t just history. JFK described a permanent national security state that has only grown more entrenched — one that operates beyond elections, beyond accountability, beyond the reach of voters. Kennedy called it “a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations.” That machine didn’t disappear when he died. It got even stronger. Trump reposting this isn’t nostalgia. It’s a signal. The same forces JFK warned about are the same forces that tried to destroy Trump — Russiagate, two impeachments, lawfare, media blackout, assassination attempts. The playbook hasn’t changed. Only the names. And now the sitting president just reminded the country who the real enemy has always been. The speech that scared them then is the speech they’re terrified you’ll watch now. Sharing this because they’re counting on you not to watch it. Don’t let them win. 🎯

Victor (@victormarx) how can a one party majority ever deprive the People of life, liberty, or property, and of course also their pursuit of happiness, in any one of the 50 sovereign states, when we already reserved this very specific right in the Bill of Rights? (See evidence below) If we already have these rights and they are SECURED as the Supreme Court has many times stated, maybe all our elected officials could better serve us in the capacity of standing with us as we stand on those rights? This takes the People understanding their authority (Article 2, Section 1, Colorado Constitution) as well as how to fix bad government (known as Maladministration). Let’s fix things quickly with this approach because we easily can. If we the People are the creators of government then what rules do we really have to follow to fix it (alter, or reform was left very wide open if I recall in Article 2, Section 2 (Colorado Constitution) (see all evidence below) “the truth shall make you free”— John 8:32
I’m not running against anyone. I’m running FOR Colorado. Right now, it’s not affordable. It’s not safe. Families are leaving. Families who’ve been here for generations. One party rule has taken us in the wrong direction. And people know it. Everywhere I go, I hear the same thing… We need change. Colorado can work again, but only if we get government out of the way. At least he didn’t call him a criminal like Scott Bottoms did. Maybe Weiser knows the truth about Victor???
From the little we know about Victor Marx, his views and style are far out of step with Coloradans, and his nomination for governor is a threat to our state’s values and our future. We will continue showing up, listening, and fighting for all Coloradans. philforcolorado.com/statemen…
