🧵 PSA for Web3 Founders & Project Builders: A cautionary tale.
1/7
We hired @promoJagency for our project’s marketing — they were the team the launchpad told us we should go with due to the “success their marketing brings in.” What we didn’t realize is how closely affiliated they actually are — PromoJ is directly tied to the launchpad itself.
We’ve been quiet this past week — busy building ⚙️
Launch date is coming soon 📅
New testing sessions will be announced soon in Discord — don’t miss out:

The marketing team didn’t place us on any of the PR sites outlined in the agreement. They completely ignored those obligations and replaced them without consent.
The contract clearly states a refund is due if obligations aren’t fulfilled — yet instead of honoring that, they continue to make excuses and avoid accountability.

If you’re launching in Web3:
🛑 Do your due diligence
🛑 Don’t rely on launchpad recommendations — they’ll say anything to close a deal
🛑 99% of the DMs you'll get are scammers or low-effort marketers
🛑 Read every clause, and hold providers accountable
A signed contract means nothing if the other party won’t honor it.
