This is exactly what the US said were Myanmar’s excuses
Prove it, Alonso. You keep citing the unsubstantiated claims of the people you want to believe. Let's say 59% percent of palestinians have witnessed the IDF kill someone. Have you considered right now activists are celebrating 'resistance fighters,' killing 'occupation forces?' The palestinians view terrorism as morally justified and celebrate soliders as maytrys. If this is true, which is a very big if, it illustrates how deeply embedded terrorism is inside palestinian communities. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever for IDF sexual violence, but enormous self-promoted proof of palestinian sexual violence. You believe what you want to believe, but refuse to consider neutral information.

I guess it wasnt about Hamas or the hostages after all, but always about ethnic cleansing. Who’d have known!!
Tonight in Hebron and throughout the West Bank, residents—including women and children—were evacuated from their homes. This is not what a war to eradicate terror looks like. This is what terror looks like.

Ok, lets do this again for the indoctrinated: - according to 2020 data, 59% of Palestinians have witnessed the IDF kill someone. Sexual violence is endemic in detention centres with 65% of Jewish Israelis opposing criminal penalties for prison rape
Absolutely nothing listed is comparable to Gaza. None of it happened. You have hallucinated an entire saga that never existed.

- IDF soldiers have admitted to orders to shoot on sight any Palestinian who enters kill zones As you can see, it’s the exact same thing, only Israel has done it at a much larger scale

Israelis are furious that Hamas is still in power in Gaza and fearful that the next October 7 will come from Judea & Samaria. Ofer Winter wants to be Israel’s next defence minister. These are his plans:

Schrödinger’s Middle East: where all Arabs want to instinctively kill Jews so coexistence without military deterrence and drone strikes is impossible, but also where Jewish museums successfully open
A Jewish Museum just opened in Baghdad. A city that was one-third Jewish in the early twentieth century till Iraq’s Jews were purged, most escaping to Israel. Now it’s a monument to a lost civilization. As an Iraqi Jew, when can I visit?

Rayan Abu al-Ajeen, 3 years old. Shot in head Hind Rajab, 5 yo. Shot from a tank Sam Abu Haikal, 7 months. Shot on his mothers arms Ruwa Qdeih, 15 yo. Shot collecting water Emad Abu al-Qura, 3 yo, double-tapped by sniper Nahedh Barbakh, 14 yo. Shot while waving white flag
Alonso, why do you continue playing dumb? Targeting children, would mean the child was THE target, simply because of who the child was. Children dying in a warzone is just a fact of life, children dying in a strike that targets a terrorist, isn't targeting children, and you know it. And nobody is "terrified" about the Myanmar case. What we aren't staying silent about is the fact that the case doesn't require a single change in the law to find them guilty and the only reason to change it would be for political agendas, not justice or law.

It’s mind-blowing how after 3 years of live-streamed genocide these people continue to cling to the fantasy that there is no evidence of deliberate targeting of civilians, including children. That it’s all “collateral damage”. Is it a coping mechanism? Or disingenuous hasbara?

ffs… he *is* applying the only reasonable inference test… this is what Britain, France, Denmark, Germany, Canada and the Netherlands said on targeting children and ORI intent. This is why they are terrified of the Myanmar case. They already said this… can’t take it back
"we could not come to any other conclusion" Well, it's pretty hard to come to any other "conclusion" when, from the very start, you don't even pretend to consider whether any other conclusion could follow from the evidence. So what if the "only reasonable inference" standard requires you to examine and rule out other reasonable explanations for the observed outcomes or pattern of conduct before claiming that genocide is the only reasonable inference? When your "conclusion" is predetermined, those pesky little legal standards are just an inconvenience to be tossed aside.

Just FYI, more than 60% of the S&P500 stocks are down over 20% from their 52-week highs. The Iran War has already crashed the US’s economy. Trump’s bet is that the 10 or so really big ones still camouflaging this crash will not catch up till after the mid-terms.
