.@ambermoore65 No, but heat rash similar to diaper rash. Use Bacitracin, not Neosporin. Fewer reactions to it.
.@gracie_lewis May not be heat rash. May be dry skin from winter air. Try body wash in shower, epson salts in bath, body lotions, baby oil.
