In honor of Charlie Kirk, here he is getting @GavinNewsom flustered by pointing out the majority of CA voted against affirmative action which he strongly supported.
Newsom is such a weaselly liar he pretends he doesn't know what Kirk is talking about.

When pushed on why he supported Prop 16, which would have allowed affirmative action - that universities and government offices could factor in someone’s race, gender or ethnicity in making hiring, spending and admissions decisions - that failed to pass by CA voters (because it was seen as legalized racism), Newsom responds he doesn’t remember Prop 16 specifics, and when pressed by Charlie Kirk says he doesn’t remember and says he had low SAT scores as a ‘point of fact’ of not having a good memory.
This is the CA Governor making executive decisions for millions of people.

I’m done pretending this shit is normal.
No city should have a "fentanyl alley". I’ll clear it all up by the end of 2027.

I've uncovered why LADWP water rates are skyrocketing.
LADWP's supplier said water conservation was too successful, leading water use/revenue to collapse— justifying a 40% rate hike.
They asked us to save water, so we did. But we saved too much, so they're spiking our rates.
An independent, non-city-affiliated audit of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power rates has been ordered by Mayor Karen Bass, her office says. ktla.com/news/local-news/ind…

Fake & Gay!
Moussa Diawara, the Malian national featured in this shockingly poorly researched @60Minutes report, now faces allegations of immigration FRAUD after his asylum application surfaced, revealing that he claimed to be a HOMOSEXUAL man who feared persecution in Mali.
🚨 #FOXEXCLUSIVE: 60 Minutes featured a deported Malian national whose wife and two children spoke about how much they miss him and want him home.
But we exclusively obtained Moussa Diawara’s asylum application, where he said he was seeking asylum in the U.S. because he was gay and feared being killed if sent back.
Now, DHS is pointing to his case as an example of alleged immigration fraud.
In his own words, Diawara wrote:
“Although I was born as a boy, but things appeared differently for me as I was already having female behaviors and feelings.”
“I was more comfortable being intimate with boys rather than with girls.”
And describing his life after arriving in the United States:
“Since I came to the USA I had the possibilities to express my feelings to men without any embarrassment no reserve.”

How did 13 members of a civilian jury come to a different conclusion than @MIT?
Answer: MIT’s investigation was not exactly independent thanks to coordinated female faculty collusion. It was a kangaroo court and the verdict was pre-determined
🚨 BOMBSHELL COURT EVIDENCE EXPOSES INSIDER INFLUENCE OVER MIT'S TENURE-REVIEW PROCESS IN THE DAVID M. SABATINI ORDEAL.
🔱 NEW REVELATION — Court evidence exposes MIT Professor Sangeeta Bhatia's involvement in the selection of Sabatini's tenure-review committee
On 27 September 2021, Kristin Knouse exchanged messages with Izabella Pena following a conversation with @MIT Professor Sangeeta Bhatia.
The court-disclosed messages reveal Kristin Knouse telling Izabella Pena:
🔴 “Sangeeta just called”
🔴 “they even asked for insight into who to put on the committee”
🔴 “AND she said she will go to Rafael Reif’s office and protest the decision if and when needed.”
Pena responded:
“At least they are asking her insight”
Knouse replied:
“Exactly”
“This is good”
⚠️ The evidence exposes a troubling channel of insider influence surrounding MIT's tenure-review process.
These contemporaneous communications document that Knouse understood Bhatia to have been consulted about the committee's composition and to be prepared to challenge its eventual decision directly with MIT President Rafael Reif.
Rather than an independent review insulated from interested parties, the messages reveal access to the committee-selection process by an academic aligned with the complainant, raising serious concerns about institutional impartiality and conflicts of interest.
This disclosure adds another significant piece to the growing documentary record surrounding the institutional handling of Professor @DMSabatini's case.

Ya'll, this is nuts.
Hundreds - that's right, HUNDREDS - of armed robberies between 2022 and 2024 weren't real.
They were staged by the "victims" as part of a massive immigration fraud scheme to secure U-visas for themselves and their families.

"Ages 8-12" 😬
Diagnoses of gender dysphoria among minors skyrocketed in Washington between 2017 and 2023, especially among girls. Rates more than doubled for teen girls ages 12–17 and almost tripled for boys in that age group. For children and young teens in the 8–12 age group, rates grew 3.5 times for girls and almost doubled for boys.
(Note: the apparent drop-off in 2023 may be due to incomplete data for that year.)
I’m realizing that the longstanding fears about mass transit spreading vagrancy and crime were entirely justified.
Residents and city officials in Azusa are frustrated over a reported uptick in crime due to passengers being forced off Metro trains at their city's station at the end of the night.

If I were the realtor I would texted right after “Adam fans. That movie was so horrible. The Rock ruined the DCEU!”
A racist realtor for Douglas Elliman accidentally texted "ugh they are black" to a Black couple looking for an apartment in NYC. The text was meant to be sent to the landlord, but it was sent directly to the prospective renters.
After realizing the mistake, the agent attempted to apologize, but the couple is moving forward with legal action by filing a housing discrimination lawsuit alleging federal and New York state housing law violations and racial profiling.
By sending a text like that, it implies that the realtor expected the property owner to be racist too and share that sentiment.
Housing discrimination is notoriously difficult to prove in US courts. There's always subtle excuses like another applicant, credit score, income requirements, etc. This racist text is a smoking gun that bypasses plausible deniability.
Douglas Elliman is one of the largest real estate brokers in the USA. They terminated the agent, but that doesn't make up for the racism and the indignity the couple faced.
