Well @ttcdoors The existing capping is a scam. If you think about it, those individuals who consistently ride the system more than 47 times will either purchase the 12-month pass that still exists or they'll have to put up $155 a month up front.

It seems like TTC Riders is forgetting here that they support Olivia Chows fare freeze and increased capping, which will do the exact same thing... Operating and Capital funding are essentially the same thing...because if operating funding is decreased, any subsidy comes from either an increase in property taxes or a decrease in capital spending... And Olivia is promising to keep property taxes low as well...
