I woke up this morning at 6:00, and at 6:03 an email came through with Nip’s name on it. For a second, it felt like old times, when he would randomly send book recommendations early in the morning. It was from his website, but I love the way God continues to allow him to show up. Then, seeing the billboard go up for the Foot Locker partnership on Crenshaw and Slauson was another reminder. There is something deeply special about still being in community with him, through the work, the ideas, the people and the purpose. His presence continues to find me in ways only God could arrange. Happy Birthday, Nip! We are still running this Marathon with you. 🏁
