You know what really bothers me about this, @Espngreeny setting up the question this way. For pretending to be such a smart guy I wish he do some research. Greeny are you saying Wisconsin and UNC as example weren’t real games for ND? Are they embarrassing?
Have you ever heard of the DeBartolo Family? They are billionaires who owned the 49ers back when Joe Montana was winning all those Super Bowls. Every building on NDs campus is named after some ultra-wealthy alumni. Do you really want to compare athletic accomplishments?
Normal class at BYU today.
Utah and ND could never fathom having an NBA owner/ billionaire Ryan Smith & elite coach like Kevin Young in a class.
Do either even have a basketball program? Let me know cause not sure

My dad worked at a young age. At work he would listen to ND on the radio. He found a connection to this Catholic school that called themselves ‘Fighting Irish’. Over the years it grew, he started attending games and realized it was different. Not everyone gets that, it’s okay.
I can’t wait for @PatMcAfeeShow to make soaking jokes.
I remember when Brian Kelly left Notre Dame for LSU because it was easier to win at LSU. History repeats itself.

Look, ND hasn’t had the world’s toughest schedule, but some of these “bad” teams are looking better.
Wisconsin: 4-1 and may be in the top 25
Purdue: 3-3 and just blew out Minnesota 41-13
UNC: 3-2 and just knocked off #25 Pitt (yes, Pitt lost their QB, but still a good squad)

I will say it again, when the cellar dwellers of the SEC continually beat the top, maybe the SEC is just not that good.
Anyone else remember when the “pundits” said OSU was the best team in the country? Then Texas. Then LSU. Then Ole Miss. Then Bama. Now it’s Miami. Good thing Miami plays one ranked team.
So the SEC doesn’t have any good teams and neither does the B1G. Someone tell me again about Notre Dame’s schedule.
Out in the Joyce lot representing @AlwaysIrishINC and @MikeGoolsby41 for Stanford. South end of row 21. Stop by and say hi. Go Irish!
