I spoke with some institutional bankers and did some research about why ING was simultaneously using two mortgage bubble/crisis methods of offloading data center risk and the reasons are very concerning; showing immediate risk of an incoming data center valuation collapse. Over the past week ING…
(1) offloaded Significant Risk Transfers it created into Dutch Pension Funds (Mortgage Crisis Technique)
(2) announced auction sale of $500 million of bundled loans at auction to highest highest bidder (Mortgage Crisis Technique)
ING, MUFG, and other institutional banks got themselves into a very dangerous situation involving overlapping investments, data center lending, and lending to private equity firms who were acting as an intermediary to also invest and lend to data center projects as a means to hide investment concentration risks on balance sheets.
Now an issue is arising where project delays are halting repayment, $NVDA GPUs useful life are depreciating faster than expected, and increasing operating costs are creating significant risks to tenants that pose immediate risks to repayment, refinancing risks, and large unrealized losses on both the bonds and underlying equity investments in tenants and private equity funds that served as an overlapping investment.
In short, institutional banks were far more leveraged into high risk data investments than they were reporting and now face substantial risks as the Ai bubble bursts and and valuations at every level from the infrastructure, to compute assets, to tenants deteriorates and risks rise.
Banks that were exposed to higher concentrations of the most risky projects are doing everything possible to immediately dump the risk while other institutions with slightly less risk are holding bonds hoping for sentiment to stabilize to offload the bonds while focusing on exiting equity investments in the project or associated owners/tenants. $ORCL OpenAi project and NeoClouds/Owners like $CRWV $HUT and $APLD are some of the riskiest businesses that institutions are focused on immediately dumping to eliminate overlapping risky exposure to.
Keep in mind, I’m not a banker so I’m explaining this in the best way I understood it. I know bonds, not full spectrum of lending methods.

This is so wrong
The reason “Trump didn’t steal the elections” is because we & the pro-voter coalition stopped him EIGHT times over the past 21 months
Here’s how: a thread (1/x)
That's the truth. Thank you, by the way. Thank you to everyone that stood against Trump's and Republicans' efforts to steal and corrupt this election.

I don't know when, and I don't know exactly how, but I expect it will eventually become clear why Trump does *not* want to get rid of Pete Hegseth.
There aren't many monsters alive—even among the vile Christian Nationalist fascist set—willing to do the sort of things Hegseth is.

I see a lot of people, out of anxiety and/or fear (whether they know it or not), saying Stephen Miller can’t be any worse than Susie Wiles because “she didn’t impose any guardrails.”
Do not fall into that trap of wishful thinking. It serves no one, especially you.
The change occurred for a reason. It wasn’t in our favor.
Almost certainly, people are about to discover just how much Susie Wiles DID keep a lid on things.
Confront reality. Stay out of wishful thinking.
It always works out better when you do.
You can’t be as resilient without it.

BREAKING: Iran has fired surface-to-air missiles at a U.S. Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet over the Strait of Hormuz, while its integrated air defense network has also shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone over Qeshm Island, per Iranian military sources and state media.
In an official statement carried by Tasnim, Iran’s military said the Reaper was intercepted and destroyed using “advanced systems” belonging to its unified air defense network over Hormozgan province. The engagements come just days after U.S. carrier aircraft struck Iranian air-defense launchers on Qeshm Island.

Trump's Arch is an abomination and must never be built. The idea of that hideous edifice darkening the hallowed grounds of Arlington should offend every American whether they served or not. I will be part of the coalition to end this ridiculous personal idolatry once and for all.

Calley Means, who recently resigned as a senior Trump White House adviser, tells Joe Rogan:
“Susie's daughter went to a lobbying firm and it was an open discussion in the White House. If a company hired Susie's daughter, then that was getting a high priority.”
“The group Susie's daughter worked for had almost zero in revenue before the Trump administration, shot up to 30ish million dollars a year in revenue.”
“So if you're a special interest and you want to get something done, the secret's out. You pay Susie's daughter.”

Jensen Huang, the CEO of the American technology and chip manufacturer Nvidia, had a close relationship with a Chinese businesswoman who was a spy for China’s Ministry of State Security, according to The New York Times citing a memo circulated last spring among top policymakers in the Trump Administration.
Along with the memo, U.S. intelligence officials believe that the businesswoman, Alice Huang, was recruited to collect intelligence on Jensen Huang, Nvidia’s chief executive, as part of a drive by Beijing’s top spy agency to learn more about American A.I. chips and potentially influence the company to push for its most advanced chips to be made available to China.

I’m sure the original document given to Kushner was in Russian, then translated into English and now translated into clear mafia speak for clarity!
Okay, I sat down and translated parts of yet another pompous statement from Jared Kushner about Trump’s incredible peace initiatives, explaining what his carefully worded euphemisms actually mean, so you don’t have to.
“…the need for a broader European security architecture that can help establish the conditions for lasting peace…”
= “Europe will have to completely capitulate to Putin, make him the master of the continent, and live under his dictates, because we’re absolutely itching to get our hands on Lukoil’s foreign assets.”
“For more than 30 years, Europe and Russia have struggled to establish a sustainable security framework.”
= “For decades, Europe and the entire West enjoyed peace and stability, until Putin, in his old age, suddenly got the itch to conquer Ukraine again, fucked it up spectacularly, and now somehow that’s everybody else’s problem.”
“Our objective is to develop practical arrangements that address the security concerns of all sides, reduce the risk of future conflict, and create a more stable and predictable security environment.”
= “You will be required to surrender everything and remain defenseless, while Putin will give you absolutely nothing in return and won’t be obliged to do a damn thing.”
“Decades of mistrust, competing security concerns, and the devastating consequences of this war make this an extraordinarily difficult challenge, but one that is essential to lasting peace.”
= “And we’re also going to blame you and Ukraine for Russia’s aggressive imperialism.”
“Any arrangements must fully respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independent decision-making of every nation.”
= “And Putin will decide where your sovereignty begins and ends, where your borders lie, and just how much independence you’re allowed to have.”
“Each country will retain authority over its own security and alliances, and no country would have a veto over another’s sovereign choices.”
= “Yes, unless Putin decides that you’re not actually a real country at all, but an inseparable part of Russia’s sphere of influence, and that your ability to defend yourself against an invasion constitutes an existential threat to Russia.”
“We will consult closely with our European partners on the sidelines and, if progress is made, aim to move toward a broader multilateral format with their direct participation.”
= “Nobody is going to discuss a damn thing with Ukraine or Europe. There won’t be, and never has been, anything here except our attempts to sell out and betray you to Putin for the highest possible price. And I’ll throw in a whole bunch of meaningless, boilerplate diplomatic phrases to make this bullshit look vaguely serious and respectable.”
“There are no easy solutions.”
= “Russia could simply get the hell out of Ukraine and stop launching wars of aggression whenever it wants, but that’s not what Putin is promising us money for.”
“We will see how these discussions develop and continue working intensively with all parties toward President Trump’s objective of a comprehensive and lasting peace.”
= “Of course, absolutely nothing will come of any of this, just as nothing has come of all the previous years of these ridiculous ‘negotiations,’ during which we’ve been actively helping Putin wage his war. But we couldn’t care less. That’s not what we’re here for.”
