The future of securities is onchain, and regulation needs to evolve with it.
@Metagood_com submitted our comments to the SEC on modernizing transfer agent rules, advocating for stablecoin distributions, investor privacy, blockchain-based recordkeeping, and clear rules for technology providers.
Our goal: Enable issuers to bring their securities onchain through issuer-sponsored tokens in partnership with transfer agents.

It does look like a hack on Binance. Appreciate the quick freeze from Tether (~$971m) and Circle (~$823m).
I don't manage Binance (.com) anymore, but as a shareholder, I expect all user funds will be fully covered.
STA conference takeaway: It’s all about ISTs (issuer-sponsored tokens.)
Issuers want to know their shareholders. Shareholders want stablecoin dividends and the ability to use their holdings as collateral. On-chain proxy voting can streamline shareholder participation.
Excited to help transfer agents bring token lifecycle management to issuers. The future is on-chain.

The full page WSJ ad is the fight stage. Like AI, tokenization is powerful technology that cuts out intermediaries profiting from inefficiencies. Offshore platforms moved first. The SEC’s Innovation Exemption is now giving US companies a clear path to do it properly onshore, with real shareholder rights, issuer involvement, compliance, and lifecycle management.
That’s exactly what companies like @Metagood_com are building: onshore tokenization so issuers capture the upside instead of watching it go offshore.🔥
