💻This center serves as a digital community center for refugee and host community youths, building bridges between them.
The Netherlands 🇳🇱 supports Kenya 🇰🇪 in its transition from airfreight to seafreight. By 2030, 50% of all horticultural produce should move by the sea. This week I joined the EU Heads of Missions visit to Mombasa, which was facilitated by @TrademarkAfrica and @EUinKenya
🚢 Today the first working group to facilitate the transition was held in collaboration with public and private partners, organized by @TrademarkAfrica with support from @EUinKenya, @denmarkinkenya and @NLinKenya.

The new facility is a joint initiative between the @TurkanaCountyKE, @kkcfkenya and @UNHCR_Kenya. It will further the ambition of the county to attract more private sector investment and support business entrepreneurship by host communities and refugees.
