And now I remember why I stopped using this App. Follow me on 🟦☁️ if you want to hear opinions of transportation; same @ and all that.
Because @RideUTA TRAX doesn't get signal priority, the light turned red right right as my Red Line approached Courthouse Station making 200+ riders have to wait for about 40 something drivers.
Alert didn't go out until after the train had already been taken out of service (Photo take at 7:13a). The trains are already nearing capacity as it is so I hope I can still board the next train let alone with my folding bike.
#FrontRunner Alert 7:15 AM: On FrontRunner southbound, the 7:06 AM train out of Salt Lake Central Station will not complete its trip and will be removed from service due to mechanical issues.
For more information call 801-743-3882 or download the Transit app to track your train.
Pickup Princess blocking the Jordan River Trail because they need to have the shortest walk to North Temple
A reminder that the university does this between the 3rd and 4th quarter when it should be completely quiet in remembrance of those lost in the 2008 Cole Hall Shooting.

Please and Thank You!
Thank @slcmoves for finally getting the 300 North Bikeway reopened at 500 West.
And thank you for getting the lights in the 300 North Pedestrian Bridge working again too.
Replying to @AnalytiKroll
Also @slcmoves, all the lights are all out on the 300 North Pedestrian Bridge. This greatly reduces safety due to not being able to see whats ahead or behind you.
Strange coincidence how when I accuse the city of literally selling out the bike lanes, all of the "Bike Lane Closed" Signs are turned around and the barriers are moved out of the way if not removed entirely.
According to the workers that keep parking their trucks there, the contractor rented the space out for them. Please @slcmoves, tell that you aren't making a profit by forcing cyclists off of their protected bikeway.

This is the sound of a freight train taking the curve by North Temple Station at speed. WEConnect currently has no plans to reduce the hearing damage this does to riders waiting for the FrontRunner.
While this won't be completely solve until Phase 3 if we #BuryTheRails, it is still more than what is currently being proposed.
I am really starting to think all of my reports to SLC Urban Services go nowhere as the same vehicles continue to park in the 300 North Bikeway.
Same trucks have been blocking the bike lane for almost a week now. When will @slcmoves open it and Urban Services actually enforce parking restrictions?
Yet another day of needing to use the folding capability of my bike in order to not have to stand with it during my ride on the FrontRunner.

The intersection of the 300 North and 1000 West is difficult to traverse as a cyclist with normal traffic but completely fails when there is event traffic coming from the Fairpark. It desperately needs to be upgraded from a 4-way stop sign to a signalized intersection.
A stop sign works when there is only one travel lane in each direction and starts to fall apart when there are two, but for north-south traffic, there are three including the turn lane. This can make it extremely confusing on who has right of way, especially with turning traffic.
