I’m so tired of Mahomes and the Chiefs. As a life long Giants fan I was programmed from birth to hate the Eagles. But I hope @saquon runs for 300 yards and 7 touchdowns and destroys the Chiefs. I’m going to say it…GO EAGLES!!!
Here is Christmas Dinner! Morgan Ranch wagyu prime rib roast with a garlic, rosemary and thyme crust. Salted it for 24 hours. Roasted 250 degrees for 3 hours. Then 475 for 10 minutes. Made an umami bomb au jus. IMO the best beef in the world!
My Christmas dinner arrived! Highly recommend the wagyu beef from the Morgan Ranch. Best I’ve ever had and my go to for all special occasions. I’ll post pictures after I cook this up! @ChefGruel @smokefatsalt @morganranchbeef
Today was another successful Woodgrove faculty Thanksgiving! Thank you to all my students for working hard producing the food & special thanks to the 25 who ran front of the house and the two kitchens. Big thanks to Mrs. Bartling & her staff in the cafeteria! @LCPS_CTAE

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! Wanted to share a few pics of my feast with my family. Morgan Ranch Wagyu-30 oz cowboy ribeye, and 20 oz bone in NY Strip. Seared in cast iron in canola oil and lots of butter with rosemary and garlic. Delicious! @smokefatsalt

On Friday at WHS we celebrated our Seniors future. I was impressed by my block one class. All of these schools were represented: BYU,Old Dominion,Hofstra,George Washington,Radford, Grove City

Today and Tomorrow is WING DAY in Woodgrove Culinary Classes! Buffalo, hot honey, garlic parm, old bay, and a soy ginger garlic wing! Students love them all! 60 pounds eaten today and 60 for tomorrow! @WoGroveBaseball players are ready for their game!
Handmade Ricotta and Parmesan Ravioli in Woodgrove Culinary class today! These guys were locked in! Went extra thin with the pasta, perfectly filled and sealed them all. Boiled them up and topped with fresh marinara sauce.
@HomeDepot @HDCares @HubGroup I ordered a water heater on Dec. 30. It arrived damaged. I refused delivery, got a refund and ordered another one. That one was dropped & damaged by the delivery guys. I again refused it. Got a refund & ordered #3.
Delivery company marked it delivered. It wasn’t. After hours trying to find out where it was…shipper still had it. Delivered 2 days later. Damaged. Refused delivery. Shipper changed order to refused and told me get a refund from HD.
Today was the WHS Faculty Thanksgiving! Thank you to all of my students for making all of the food & a big thank you to all of my full day volunteers. Your help setting up the library serving station, working in the cafeteria kitchen & running food made today possible!
