Uli Hoeneß spoke today about Jamal Musiala's condition: "With Musiala, the situation is completely different [to Vincent Kompany]. We're in a dilemma there. He has an illness that cannot simply be cured, but can be managed to some extent with medication"
Hoeneß then left it open whether Musiala can ever regain his best form: "But whether he will ever regain the level of performance he once had..."
Hoeneß also explained that Musiala's illness was not covered by the insurance in his contract: "Just imagine if FC Bayern were now to question his contract and say: What he is capable of delivering now is no longer what was stipulated in the contract."

If you listen to Lewis Hamilton’s onboard radio, you can clearly hear that there’s almost no two way communication between them. Lewis Hamilton is the one constantly asking questions, while his teammate gets all the information without even having to ask.
Mind you, there are people who control who gets what information, yet they will tell you that they’re treating him “equally”.

If Michael Carrick is not sacked as the Manchester United manager tonight, for me, it would symbolise the death of this great football club.
We've gone from demanding excellence to accepting embarrassment. Manchester United feels more like a theme park than a football club now.
The football is secondary. The results are secondary. The supporters' pain is secondary.
And the heartbreaking reality is that so many fans will continue funding this decline, buying into the next promise, the next appointment, and the next supposed rebuild.
