Leadership is not about being in charge it’s about taking care of those in your charge. Invest in your people… motivate, empower and inspire them to do and be more.

You don’t win by doing your best, you must do what is required. Sometimes that means your best needs to get better.

The bigger the problem you solve, the more you will be compensated.

Take credit for what you do well but remain accountable for things that don’t go right. It’s all on you. We are not victims of our circumstances. We are masters of our own destiny. Pursue your purpose with passion and relentless intent.

What human beings can do is amazing, what they usually do is disappointing.

Let your learning lead to action not knowledge.

Success leaves clues. Stand guard of your mind by feeding your mind. Happiness comes from progress.

The power of one more… every time you think something gets hard just do one more.

Make your ‘why’ so big that your ‘how’ becomes easy.

Error is indispensable to the process of discovery.

A dull pencil is better than a sharp mind.
