Going 100 percent ALL-IN on things you care about is great. But all-in *includes* rest, recovery, and learning not to always take yourself so seriously. Maybe what this is really about is being 100 percent PRESENT in the PROCESS—skillfully aware of what needs your attention when.

For every tweet with #SaluteToService today, the @NFL will donate $25 to its military non-profit partners. Please make this a very costly day for the NFL....

When you train with the intent to not get tired, something very interesting happens when you compete or test yourself.......................You don't really get tired. The notion of having to reproduce the exact perceived exertion is not the only way to deliver results.
If you can’t coach with this mindset, you’re doing your clients a huge disservice.

I'm rarely "anti" anything. I'm pro "right solution for right situation". Each situation is often highly complex, and is treated as such. I just don't think in terms or "anti"...everything had a pro and con, so make best choice and make plans for the con = UNLIMITED options.

A triple hop like this deserves a double take!! One of my favorite plyometric progressions. Purposeful and makes it easy for guys to compete against themselves and others.
