‘How can anyone claim to be building the best team possible, picking from across the entire talent pool, when that talent pool is formed from only certain parts of our communities.’

The Talented Athlete Myth

We need to reflect on how sport is actually run. Trickle Down Sport - like Trickle Down economics - does not work. Sports all over the world keep pursuing this failed model of delivering sport - and it just doesn't work.
Start with grass-roots and build from there: a rising tide lifts all the boats.
