OCRWC 2018 ✅. 15Km race today with mud, rigs, more rigs, rigs I’ve never seen before, more mud and some carries— then more rigs (100 obstacles in total) only to lose my band at the 98th #ihateskullvalley 1 hr and 20 attempts but had nothing left. #maybenextyear #OCRWC #brokenman
3Km race complete. Gutted it took 20 attempts at the final wall after smashing all the rigs. but go there. #keptmyband #OCRWC 145th in the world 40-49 Age group

Amazing weekend @SpartanRace Morzine Euro Champs. Totally ruined/ sandbag carry from Hell but completed 24Km in 5:24 and 64/98 in 40-49 age group .... now to rest😂
