Two days where it’s an intense clean. I suggest Thursdays and Mondays. Then the other days just cleaning what was used.
So they don’t want to be on BOLT? Cause that’s not how BOLT works. How you going to want to overthrow someone in their house?
Where’s that Maphorisa awukhonahale* please forgive my spelling, I’m in Norway*
She’s still Miss SA 🥰
Former Miss South Africa Qhawekazi Mazaleni reflected on a remarkable journey of sisterhood, purpose, and impact.

Winning a category is a moment; maintaining leadership 3 times over ten years is a commitment. To the women who set high standards, manage money with quiet discipline, and trust us to cover their lives and livelihoods, thank you for choosing us year after year.

My skin would flex if I stayed in Norway. Salmon, nuts, lean red meat, walking, peace, water, crunchy vegetables, salads and Cod… just Cod… everywhere !!

If alcohol is the main reason you beat up your partner, then why don't you beat up the guys you get drunk with?

In my village, the gents decided to give up alcohol and encouraged the rest of us to join them. Instead of drinking, we started a weekend running club, and next week, we’re going hiking! 🏃♂️🥾 I’m really loving this trend. It’s great to see people choosing healthier lifestyles and finding fun, meaningful ways to spend time together. 🙌🔥

Some dreams take longer to realise. Some come at a greater price. And some moments remind us why giving up was never an option.
I have known Thulasizwe Simelane for more than 20 years. First as colleagues at SAfm Current Affairs, and later as his editor at eNCA. Through all those years, one dream remained constant: he wanted to become an attorney.
It was a dream that came at a high price. Life threw storms his way, some harder than others, but Thulasizwe weathered them with the determination, resilience and grace of a true professional. He never lost sight of the destination.
And so, watching him arrive at his celebration, now an admitted attorney, was a moment of immense pride and joy.
I think I speak for many of our former colleagues when I say there is no one more deserving of this moment. We have watched your journey, witnessed your perseverance and celebrated your victories, both big and small.
Thulasizwe, we are incredibly proud of you. I cannot wait to watch you stand in court and argue for a fairer, more just world. And, God willing, if we live long enough, perhaps one day we will even read a judgment penned by you. Now, wouldn't that be something! @andiswamakanda thank you for a beautiful day

Whenever a car stops to let me cross the road, I start waving, saying “thank you” and running like my life depends on it because I need that driver to know I’m a grateful, well mannered 12/10 pedestrian.😭😭😭😭

Still have yet to meet a lactose intolerant person who takes that shit seriously lmao

Not everyone was born to be an athlete.
My 7-year old son, in the middle of his soccer game, walking up to the ref:
“Hey, how much longer do we have to do this?”

This is how strong women were birthed. The mark of a strong woman was how much pain she could endure. So women endured abuse, absent husbands, betrayal, humiliation, infidelity and neglect and it was all added unto her as strength.

I read The Purple Violet of Oshaantu when I was 10 and The Joys of Motherhood when I was 11. Even then, I began to understand how cruel society could be to women. They were expected to endure dehumanisation at the hands of their partners just to be considered “complete” through marriage.
It’s a heartbreaking reality that many women are taught to fear being unwanted more than they fear being mistreated. So they stay in relationships that diminish them because society has made being chosen by a man seem more respectable than choosing themselves
It's 2026 but women are still stigmatized for being unmarried. Shamed for being single. It's no surprise that some women are paying their own lobola so they can tick the box. What price will you pay to be chosen? Catch the conversation with @Anele & @CindyPoluta @firstforwomen

True, some women are the biggest agents when it comes to enforcing patriarchal standards. It's our mothers, aunts, sisters who do the shaming!!
