As a solo founder, I'm looking for someone exceptional to join me in the Founder's Office and help build Praan's next chapter. Who you are: - A seasoned operator and generalist with exceptional urgency, ownership, and a track record of getting difficult things done. - Experienced in fast-paced, venture-backed startups, leading teams, and driving outcomes across functions. - Comfortable navigating everything from product, engineering, sales, finance, and marketing to fundraising, investor relations, operations, and special projects. - An exceptional storyteller and communicator who can turn ambiguity and chaos into scalable systems, quickly. - Comfortable operating across time zones, cultures, and seniority levels. - Ideally from a technical background with commercial experience. Founding teams, BD/partnerships, consulting, or VC experience are a plus. - Someone who doesn't care about titles, designations, etc. What you'll do: - Multiply the founder's bandwidth, not consume it. Anticipate problems, remove bottlenecks, make decisions, and drive execution independently. - Represent the founder in critical meetings, communicate priorities, and ensure decisions translate into action. - Own company-wide outcomes. Relentlessly track performance, priorities, and accountability across teams. - Take on whatever matters most, from strategy and fundraising to product launches, manufacturing, sales, hiring, and everything in between. What you should know: - This is NOT an entry-level role. Significant operating and leadership experience is expected. - Mumbai HQ | Full-time | On-site. - Given the criticality of this role, assume it's a 24×7×365 job. This role demands a founder-level sense of urgency, ownership, and availability when it matters most. - You'll work with exceptional talent across Mumbai and San Francisco, including people from Tesla, Apple, Formula 1, and some of the world's leading investors and partners. - The learning curve will be steep. The growth curve could be even steeper. - You'll work directly with me on some of Praan's most consequential decisions, with the opportunity to grow into significant leadership responsibilities. - Cash + Stock compensation This could be some of the most important work you ever do in your career, with the potential to impact hundreds of millions of people around the world.
