If the the Quebec polls prove to be accurate, Canada could be facing an extremely antagonistic premier in Paul St-Pierre Plamondon (PSPP) who will greatly multiply the ethnocentrism which has been at the center of the Quebec journey over the past decade. This will include increased hostility towards the Federal government, ignoring Supreme Court decisions and abandonment of inter provincial cooperation. All of this with as little as 30% of the popular vote. In Alberta 30% for the separatist cause will send them to decades of obscurity, in Quebec 30% will shake the foundations of Canada.
