Same people that say “you cannot tell a man how to spend his money”,suddenly realize “it doesn’t matter who has more,it’s for both of us”
Always using ONE example out of many to be the exceptions. Okay!
So a friend shared with me about some growth steps they wanted to take with her boyfriend this year, who is now an “Ex”
For obvious reasons the relationship didn’t work and she’s stuck between doing most of it alone and she just doesn’t know how to handle it.
In her words “she’s incapable and scared at the same time”
Which is why I’m about to share something profound with you.
I understand the place of having an ally and a friend or an accountability partner.
Sometimes it cannot even be overemphasized. They’re that important !
But I want you to build a stubborn Faith that refuses to give up until you get what you want, especially when it involves your personal development and growth .
It means whether there’s a boyfriend helping you out, a friend, a colleague or anyone. You’d still pull through in their absence because it is what you want and so you have to get it.
Be that fiercely grounded, that bold and unshakable, make sure you get to the finish line .
PS: you still need people most times and other times, you just need to build a stubborn faith.

There was a lecturer who was always trying to get into my personal business.
Because of that, I avoided him like a plague Omo in any way I could.
One holiday while I was home, a random number texted me on WhatsApp.
Guess who?
Yeah. Him.
He said he was in Bauchi and wanted us to meet.
I told him I was busy with work and didn’t have time. I pushed it hard and convinced him.
He stopped texting.
Until Sunday afternoon.
Of course… Sunday. No work. No excuses.
