It appears that the British Columbians may have saved Canada 🇨🇦
Canada was a dying economy, red tape is taking it to ICU.
From Energy to Precision Health to AI, everything is stuck in red tape.
I can feel the positive sentiment among investors now, since the loss of NDP in BC.
Get all the energy stuck underground, world needs it badly.

Surprised @TheLancet published such unscientific polemic. This on the heels of the new ER-100 results reminds me of when @NYT predicted powered flight could take a million yrs, just 69 days before the Wright brothers flew.
“Several renowned experts told me” is what people write when they lack evidence. Expect more articles from the establishment as we make progress. People often fear what they don’t understand.
ICYMI:
“There are two delusions driving the world of longevity: the first is that ageing in humans is as malleable, or plastic, as it is in roundworms, fruit flies, and mice. The human body, the product of millions of years of evolution, is not, as our tech overlords believe, a programmable dataset. Several renowned biogerontologists told me that a significant biotech mediated expansion of human lifespan is unlikely in the foreseeable future: the longevity industry is a goldrush without gold. The second delusion is that longevity is primarily a scientific, or medical, concern. It is not.” 🙈
"The longevity industry exists to exploit humanity, not to save it." - Seamus O'Mahony writes @TheLancet
Or, as he puts it, "the longevity industry is a goldrush without gold."
Talk about throwing out the baby with the bathwater!
Of course, the field is drowning in hype and commercial interests pushing unproven interventions. But that doesn't detract from the fact that slowing human aging - even if slightly - would have enormous health and medical benefits.
Manipulating human aging may prove harder than many in the field currently promise. But aging is no doubt malleable, so let's not lose sight of the field's long-term transformative potential.
The challenge is to tell hype from science, not to dismiss the science because of the hype.
When Regions Ask to Be Heard: Punjab and Alberta’s Parallel Grievances
In both India and Canada, people from specific regions have raised demands for fairer treatment, greater autonomy over local resources and institutions, and a voice in national decisions that affect their livelihoods. Some Punjabis in India & Albertans in Canada share a common experience: they want their concerns acknowledged so the larger country functions better, yet their efforts are often dismissed as anti-national, anti-social, or divisive
Punjabis have long pointed to historical and ongoing issues—disputes over river waters, control of institutions like Panjab University and the status of Chandigarh, agricultural policy, and perceived neglect by the central government despite the state’s outsized contributions through farming and military service. The 2020–21 farmers’ protests against agricultural laws drew large participation from Punjab; critics in media and politics quickly labeled many participants “Khalistanis,” “anti-national,” or parasites rather than engaging the core economic and policy objections. More recently, protests over Panjab University’s governance and autonomy were framed by some as threats to national unity, even as participants described them as defenses of democratic local control and Punjab’s institutional identity. Punjab’s Chief Minister has publicly accused certain parties of branding patriotic Punjabis as anti-national for political gain
In Alberta, the grievances center on equalization (the province is a long-time net contributor and has received almost nothing from the program), federal energy and environmental policies that many residents say constrain oil and gas development and pipelines, and a sense that Ottawa overrides provincial jurisdiction over resources. Western alienation is decades old, intensified under certain federal governments. In 2026, a citizen-driven effort led to a referendum asking whether Alberta should begin the legal process toward a binding vote on separation. Roughly three-quarters of voters chose to remain in Canada; about a quarter supported starting that process—support that polling suggested was often more about sending a message or seeking leverage than actual exit
Critics described the movement as fringe, anti-Canadian, or rooted in populism and conspiracy, while supporters argued it reflected legitimate frustration over economic policy and fiscal transfers. Premier Danielle Smith, who supports staying in Canada, called the vote under pressure from her party base. Many autonomy advocates say they would settle for structural reforms short of independence
The parallel is straightforward. In both places, a resource-producing region (agriculture and food security in Punjab; oil and energy in Alberta) feels its economic and cultural priorities are subordinated to national or central priorities. Most participants want reforms that keep the country intact fairer resource sharing, more local control, better consultation rather than breakup. A vocal minority in each case advocates separation, and that minority becomes the lens through which the majority’s concerns are viewed. The result is the same branding: anti-national or anti-social elements who refuse to accept the status quo
Dismissing these voices as traitors or extremists rarely resolves the underlying imbalances. It can deepen resentment and make dialogue harder. Federations work better when legitimate regional grievances over equity, autonomy, and representation are addressed through politics and negotiation rather than moral condemnation
Both Punjab and Alberta illustrate how quickly calls to be heard can be reframed as threats to the nation and how that framing sidelines the harder work of making the country function more fairly for everyone.

AntiNational
Separatist
Anti this and Anti that
Branding them as Rich, Villagers, Who is funding them or Illiterate Farmers etc etc.
They don’t know shit etc etc
Same playbook used against Sikhs, Farmers in Punjab, and now against Albertans who just want people to listen to their grievances.
Stop name calling, reach out to them and ask what’s hurting them?
Show them how you would improve and make new Canada stronger WITH them.
Give them a big hug if you truly believe in united Canada, otherwise this anger will grow more
Few years ago, even few 100 would not have voted this way, and now its half a million people.

How many people voted to get separated from Canada?
448,239
Thats combined population of Red Deer, Lethbridge, St Albert, Grand Prairie, Medicine Hat, High Level
Yes. Canadian politicians and media will portray as a massive win for Canada but they should also look at the numbers. Why are so many people unhappy to be with Canada?
Had this been India, they would have called as Khalistani, but we should not put down their grievances under the carpet.
Today its close to half million people, in 10 years it would increase to over 2 millions, what would Canada do at that time?
Its not a win for Pro Canada people, its actually a loss that nearly half million people who have right to vote want to leave Canada.
Think 🤔…Why?? And start addressing it now before its too late

Women are more likely than men to develop dementia, and not just because they tend to live longer.
One reason may be menopause, the time in midlife when sex hormones drop and menstruation stops—and which some researchers are coming to see as a stress test for the brain.

Microvascular age is the hidden driver behind unexplained chest pain and heart failure.
Many patients suffer from debilitating angina or diastolic heart failure (HFpEF) despite having completely clear macro-vessels (no CAD) on a standard angiogram. The issue isn't the large arteries; it's the microscopic capillaries failing to deliver enough oxygen to the heart muscle.
While advanced diagnostic technologies carry Class 1 clinical recommendations, a major barrier remains: patients often cannot afford the out-of-pocket costs to get these clinical indications formally approved and covered.
Fortunately, bedside innovation is changing the game. We can now directly assess microvascular health and capillary density non-invasively using specialized sublingual cameras under the tongue. 👅💡
Evaluating microvascular age in the clinical context allows us to move beyond traditional risk factors, catch cardiovascular decline early, and personalize therapies before irreversible macrovascular damage occurs.

Dear Prime Minister Ambani,
Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
Thank you 🙏

People are asking me, how would you make Healthcare 3,0 possible?
When we have people who can’t even do Healthcare 2.0 yet, properly. They are stuck in Healthcare 1.0, where buying an MRI is an achievement? 🤷🏽
This guy is talking about basic “APP” in 2026 as election platform and @MarkJCarney wants AI revolution? 🤷🏽
BTW, this was his job for last few years. Imagine having a business like this? 🤷🏽
Today in Coquitlam I committed to getting you care sooner, with shorter waits for scans and surgery.
Right now, how long you wait for surgery can depend on which surgeon you're referred to. For some, that's 10 weeks. For others, it's 50 weeks or more.
Our plan will:
1. Coordinate surgery waitlists, so you'll be able to choose the shortest wait or your preferred doctor
2. Add 8 new MRI machines and 10 CT scanners, including the first-ever MRI at Eagle Ridge Hospital
3. Invest in robotic-assisted surgery for faster recoveries
4. Launch an app to track your referral and see how long you'll wait
5. Bring in more surgeons and specialists through our U.S. recruitment campaign
The BC Conservatives have already admitted that health care would take the brunt of their cuts.
We'd rather ask the wealthiest to chip in a bit more, so you get the care you need, when you need it. That's how we build B.C. strong.

Innovations require thinking outside the box, and guts to make it happen.
Like any other country, America is also suffering with chronic health conditions. It requires a leadership that is committed to reduce chemicals in food supply, improve access to healthcare, and make precision health possible for everyone
It was great to meet @RobertKennedyJr Secretary of Health and Human Services of United States Of America.
The vision and mission of MAHA is inspiring, where they want people to have real foods, and cut down ultra processed foods.
FDA has been transformed to expedite clinical trial reviews, Super Intelligence is deployed to help provide feedback and cut costs. There is so many more areas America is leading and they are taking BioTech sector very seriously
We are looking forward to contribute towards MAHA’s mission and bring cutting edge technologies in the hands of Americans.
