I am truly sorry about not being here but my life totally sucks right now 😢 I took 2 more kittens to a emergency vet in Boise. He didn't tell me it was 'kitty parvo'. He just gave the diagnosis 'panleukopenia' 😡 He encouraged me to take them home after $650. Poor Tigger (orange kitty) died within a few hours 😢🐈🐾💙 & I took Nova (tabby 🐈🐾💜🌈) to another emergency vet the next night after having her in my bathroom. 😢 Another $365 I had her tested & it was parvo. 😢 I had to put her down. 😢 Now my shop & bathroom are infected with kitty parvo. With other cats around. I'm sad 😢 & furious w/ the 1st vet. 2 other kittens have disappeared I think their dead under my deck. 😢 I have 2 kittens left + their 2 moms. I can't afford to help them & not sure they would survive. I need to fix their moms but not sure how? I don't know if anyone would do it & again $. I'm absolutely sick over this. 😢💔 Plus there's the other cats out front. That are ferals & neighbor cats. I know no one is vaccinated outside😢
This is such a horrific disease 😢 💔 Sorry to vent. This really is a nightmare. I had to throw away everything, carriers, beds, blankets,all plastic dishes, etc. I have to put my shoes on outside the door, wear gloves, once I'm done immediately wash my clothes & take a shower every single time. I pray its not in my house other than the bathroom or the shop where my ferals are living. 🙏
Financially I was already in bad shape due to the past few years rescuing cats & the 💰 it takes to do this. I don't regret it. But this just made it so worse. Plus the fact that Parvo could live on my property for years. 😢 Thank you for reading this if you had time. I love & appreciate you all. 💜💙
