Following reports from concerned police officers, I visited Parow Police Station and the Bellville Magistrates’ Court to demand answers about cases involving major drug busts where suspects are now back on the streets, carrying on with business as usual.
How is this possible? Well, I discovered that there is a serious breakdown between SAPS and the NPA.
I am taking up this issue at every available level to ensure that we empower our justice system to clean our streets of the evil that destroys the lives of our people and communities.
