This is one of the hardest days of my football career.
I’m devastated for our fans, for everyone at the club and for what this means after 7 years in the club and in the Premier League.
You deserved better from us.
Thank you for standing with us even in the toughest moments.
I truly believe the West Ham family will stay united and loyal through this difficult time, just as you always have.
Now it’s on us to respond the right way, work harder than ever and fight to bring West Ham back where it belongs.

I’ve never seen a season where one team gets all the decisions in their favour, without receiving a red or conceding a penalty, doing everything as possible to help them win the league.
This is by far the worst season I’ve ever watched. It’s corruption.

Publicly admitting this is crazy btw and it just shows why every decision has favored them this season.

Jarrod Bowen to Sky Sports: "Are you going to stop the game every time for that and give a penalty?... if you look at something for long enough, you'll find something to give."

"Arsenal have lived off those scrappy, aggressive goals all season. Blocking keepers, crowding the six-yard box, little nudges here and there. Suddenly, when it happens against them, it’s clear and obvious. Give me a break."

In the past week alone:
- Mavropanos disallowed goal at Brentford
- Kayode leg breaker on Mavropanos for first goal but no foul given
- Soucek rugby tackled. No pen
- Pablo wiped out by a player “slipping”. No pen
- Wilson disallowed goal despite at least three Arsenal players committing fouls
Get us the fuck out of this corrupt league. Cheating bastards @FA_PGMOL

Bowen is doing all he can at West Ham to force Tuchel’s hand.
The German admitted that the “pure numbers of our players [in attack] - except for Harry [Kane] - are not the outstanding numbers we would normally expect. I would love them to have more numbers.”
He then went on to cite the players he expects to be posting more goals and assists than they are, Saka and Madueke were both mentioned, as were Eberechi Eze, Anthony Gordon, Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers and Phil Foden.
Not singled out: Bowen.
For good reason.
In a season of attacking bluntness from West Ham, who are embroiled in a relegation battle, Bowen has 14 goal contributions in the Premier League, the most of any English attacker.
Saka and Madueke have 12 between them.

It is a difficult spot Jarrod Bowen finds himself in.
Saka is out of form, yet still it is unthinkable that he does not start for England at the World Cup this summer.
Madueke, meanwhile, is adored by Tuchel.
Then there is Bowen, no doubt fully aware that he risks being the dreaded 27th man, the most unfortunate of all to miss out on a seat on the plane, if he cannot clamber above Madueke.

your life actually starts at 27; its the age where reality starts to hit. You start noticing patterns you used to ignore, bad habits, weak decisions, wasted time. And you realize some of your pain isn’t bad luck, it’s repeated mistakes. That is a hard thing to accept, but it is also where growth begins.
This is the age where excuses stop feeling useful. You start being more honest with yourself. You cut down the distractions, look at your circle differently, and take more responsibility for your life. It is not fun. It can feel lonely and slow. But every small step helps you build respect for yourself. You stop drifting and start living more on purpose.
These years are not supposed to be easy. They are supposed to shape you. The person you become during this window can influence the rest of your life. Stay disciplined, stay patient, and keep choosing better even when nobody is watching. If you can get through this season, you will enter your thirties stronger, clearer, and far ahead of the men who never woke up.

Jarrod Bowen has performed consistently for the past 5/6 years in the Premier League.
He’s often out performing Saka, Palmer, Gordon, Foden and Madueke on goals and assists.
The disrespect is crazy.
Picked MY England squad for the World Cup here. Who's in yours?
