New policy just dropped - A Liberal Government will SCRAP Labor's Emergency Services Levy.
Thank you to all who attended today. Hope you get home safe.

Thousands of great people travelled to Parliament today to oppose the Government’s new tax.
Here’s what I had to say to them.

John Bennett, a crop grower and livestock farmer from the Wimmera at the mic. "Own up to your mistake, do something better".

Pat Millear, CFA group officer, said the levy would impact farmers struggling with cost of living pressures. "It's the state government's choice to leave the state unprotected - it's not ours".

I am proud of my family’s service to the #CFA and the countless hours spent volunteering their time. From CFA lieutenants to captains, to DGOs and board members. The fire levy is a complete insult to every volunteer in Victoria. Farmers are already hurting! #hungouttodry

CFA Volunteers are on there way to Parliament to send a message to @JacintaAllanMP - Scrap the Tax - you can’t increase taxes on the very people who protect the community. They are not happy.

For the 1000+ people who downed tools when the 🐑 live export panel came to regional WA, consider that 1/2 the job done. Now is time to fill in a submission. Make sure that the Federal Gov is left in no doubt of the ramifications this will have to your businesses & communities.
