No turns on red. 20 mph speed limit. Automated speed/red-light camera enforcement at every intersection. Maximum 2-block distance btw crosswalks on any Denver street. Citywide sidewalk fee. Permanent vertical barriers on every bike lane. Denver--where is your leadership?
