The Belchertown Senior Center was a 2024 AARP Community Challenge grantee. They installed benches on a newly paved walkway which helps older adults and people of all ages take walks.

This all started with the Salem for All Ages initiative + a grant from @Point32HealthFn to pilot a #transportation solution in @CityofSalemMA - great to see the continued growth of the Salem Skipper! #AgeFriendly @dspangallo @AARPMA @AARPLivable @CityofBeverly @TownofDanvers
Danvers has partnered with Salem and Beverly to expand the Salem Skipper to portions of Danvers and Beverly. The Salem Skipper works like a minibus that comes when you want, where you want.

Looking forward to partnering with Beverly and Danvers for this 2-year pilot of a regional Skipper program. Over 230,000 rides have been taken on the Skipper here in #SalemMA, reducing single-passenger travel and providing critical last-mile connections.
