जब मैं Kashmir घूमने गयी थी, वहाँ इतने सुंदर नज़ारे और clean oxygen के बीच भी something was off... 🥹 My head was feeling heavy and I was feeling tired all the time, despite sleeping for 8 hours.. पता है हुआ क्या था? 😅 Guest house में जो भैया चाय लेकर आते थे, उनसे मैंने बोला भी कि please चाय में थोड़ी अदरक या तुलसी add करके बना दिया कीजिए। मुझसे बिना अदरक वाली चाय नहीं पी जाती! ☕😂 But पता नहीं क्यों, उन्होंने वैसे चाय नहीं बनाई और मैंने भी वहाँ रोज़ चाय skip कर दी। And guess what? मेरी उन unwell feelings का reason चाय skip करना हो सकता था! 🙈 Though I take only ONE cup of tea in the morning, my body was so used to it. तो... ये पूरी कहानी सुनाने का मतलब सिर्फ इतना है कि... Without even realising it, we become dependent on or addicted to our daily tea or coffee...☕ Yes, we do! 😂 चाय lovers, can you relate? ❤️
