We’ve built some great things with DevLake that tackle *some* of this. Notably for maintainers and OSPO we’ve developed dashboards that track the responsiveness of the community, and how reliably and quickly PRs are reviewed/resolved/merged, etc. Would love to chat!

-He emphasized the importance of quality of code and it's impact.
-On productivity for developers he told to focus on how fast can the developers bring value to the consumer is the most important factor.

So speaking about the event I missed the first 13 minutes so no idea what happened in the beginning but from the time I joined I saw the interview of @KevinGoldsmith , CTO at @anacondainc - the birthplace of Python data science.
