Liquidity I thought would enter crypto from stocks earlier this year is finally doing it. Massive fake out it’s over few months there but seems positive for a lil trend here. Def feels like end of 2023 where no one was quite sure we entered a new trend yet after massive ftx ptsd

They tweak the algo so often here it’s difficult to know what it likes. TikTok barely changes their algo twice a year. Hopefully now that Nikita is gone they can stop touching shit for a few months. Head of growth’s job is also to help users grow and to do that we need a consistent algo to track against

Something I'll be buying over the next year is $NKE . Anywhere from 40 to 25. Sneakerheads died, resale market died, quality/materials went down the drain, over-production of same colorways killed exclusivity, connection with consumer drained, CEO tried propping up the stock 30% higher, smaller brands replaced marketshare. Overall sentiment is the lowest I've ever seen. People forget that Nike is a pioneer. Bad management over the past 6 years led them astray, but they're going thru a regime change. I think the focus will be Nike Mind or the neuroscience/ai/tech angle applied to their clothes and shoes. It's what revived them in 2000 with the release of Nike Shoxx after a few dried up stale years of people losing faith in the designs of Jordans past the AJ15. I don't think nike disappears and I'm gonna be betting on their innovation focused turnaround. This is essentially the same play i did with abercrombie in 2023, being early to the first few signs of turnaround

Psychosis in crypto is at ath's. No one outside of maybe 30k people who trade onchain even care what happens to the future of crypto. Average person with crypto exposure bought btc at 80k thinking it was a deal. They're pissed its been sitting at 60k for whats felt like years and are debating selling. Meanwhile ansem and threadguy are telling u we are on the brink of an onchain revolution when the majority of their paychecks come from brand deals. There is nothing new but more memecoin gambling on different chains with recycled mechanics. Holding time consensus has shifted so much that even large mcap cryptos are victim to fortnite flipping. Dont get it twisted you can still make money, i did flipping in and out of stuff first half of the year. But the ebb and flow of the shitcoin gambling market moves like a drunk uncle. It's hot when unc is drunk for 1 week, then it's hungover for 2 weeks and a rapefest. Majority of people who make money in the 1 week lose it in the following hangover period. It's just how the game works. It's not a sustainable market structure that ushers in adoption. Why bother with crypto when you can trade 10% moves on stocks weekly that don't get permanently discarded after 1 down move. Also why hold a coin at 200m mcap that has a 5% chance of doubling in the same timespan you could buy 1% of a coin at 50k mcap that has a 20% chance of 10x'ing? Crypto is not a game for big players anymore. You must trade a super small bankroll, run it up and take it out. It's thin. This isn't a "crypto is solved" statement it's just a wakeup call to anyone not doing well that the game is permanently changed. If you want to make money in crypto you have to be absolutely ruthless, early, and always selling. My best trade of this year was the hantavirus coin. When alon tweeted it i thought it could go to at least thirty, then every kol in existence piled in at 15m so i just started raping it. No one is coming to buy your bags. We're playing against eachother. Rape or get raped lil buddy

In 2019 I lived by the public library in downtown phoenix. I'd go there most days and read a book. Majority of the inhabitants during the day were homeless people using the pc's to watch youtube porn. One day I read "Lsd and the Mind of the Universe" by Christopher Bache, a professor at Youngstown University. Something like once a month on a saturday for 20 years he would take lsd in his attic with his wife trip sitting him. Titrating his dose up and down and trying different techinques by Stan Grof to access different realms of his own psyche; Bache claimed he became enlightened as to what consciousness is. In 2023 I moved to a penthouse in downtown Salt lake city. I decided with the ample free time I had to do my own version of Bache's experiment. I took lsd once a week for around 6 months. To summarize what i gained from the experience i'd like to share a story from what I think is a Paulo Coelho book about a man exploring south asia in search of enlightenment. The man came from the west and was very into "spirituality". He would smoke weed, take psychs, read the Bhagavad Gita and attempt to meditate. Deep in the mountains backpacking thru Nepal this white dude ran into a local mystic. White guy was pumped. He felt like this was his audition to show off all the "learning" he'd done on spiritual practices. He talked to his lungs gave out. The mystic spoke english but was short with his words. In an attempt to impress the mystic, white guy reached in his pocket and pulled out a vial. This is the strongest lsd on earth that i was gifted by a friend, it allows you to contact the Gods. The mystic laughed, grabbed the vial out of his hand and drank the whole thing. There is nothing in this vial he responded as he handed it back. White man was in shock. Mystic pointed down the trail and suggested they walk together. For hours, the mystic never changed. He said a few words, looked the same, never changed his demeanor. Eventually white man stopped and asked him if he actually drank the vial or if it was a trick, because he himself had previously taken 1 drop and lost his mind. The mystic responded that all the substances in the world are empty and that our perception of reality is determined by only one thing which we were born with, our mind. No substance, path or method fast-tracks the realization that our perception creates our lived reality. There is nothing we need to learn to access the gift we were born with. The sun flashed in the mystic's eyes as he looked at the white man. He forced his pupils to dilate to saucers. See i can be on anything at any time and not be anything also. He shrunk his pupils back down again. Once you realize you have had control of everything all along, you understand you never needed anything to be in unison with God who created you perfect.

I feel like the state of the world currently is wasting time doing meaningless things. Arguing about everything, ai this and that, automation, longevity. Meanwhile society is crumbling. Why exactly are we optimizing for longevity in a world we’re destroying? We need eachother. We need community. We need unity. Desperately. These apps were created to connect people, offline. Instead they’re primarily used to divide us. I was always told don’t bring up a problem if you don’t have a solution. But maybe if enough people recognize there is a problem we can find a solution together

The most logical argument against glp1's is that the user doesnt understand what made them fat in the first place. There is a reason you're fat. It is not natural to be fat. You take an injection, lose weight and are still just as dumb as to why you were fat in the first place. Sure you may change your habits/diet while on glp1's (most dont after the honeymoon period), but the fact remains you dont know which lever produces what output for your body and mind. You have to master macronutrients, micronutrients, intolerances, metabolism, sleep, habits and practices to be your God given body naturally. Shooting yourself up with mystery fluid and becoming magically slimmer is counterproductive to understanding yourself, and will over a long enough period produce more imbalance and hardship than what is needed

Hmm didnt expect that post to go viralish. I'll just keep posting things I'm interested in like it didnt happen. One thing I'll note from observing the span of this app over the past day is that crypto/finance seems relatively dead compared to the general pulse of the internet. I think this has to do with the state of the economy being in a K shape. Where the upper band of the K is the rich becoming richer, and lower band is poor having less access to becoming rich. The K took shape at covid and has been widening over the past 6 years. Maybe it snaps at some point but don't count on it. Financial info is less interesting to the general pop because the lower band doesn't consider investing as a means to get ahead anymore at such high valuations, while the upper band is already financially comfortable and not interested in investment content. If you're stuck in the lower band I think one of the better ways to get to the upper is to cater to the ultra wealthy. Services, info, analysis, guidance. Learn irreplaceable knowledge centered around the interests of the wealthy. Longevity, esoteric health, personal psychology, family dynamics, what fun is, tax loopholes, how to relax. There's a huge gap in the upper band on how to feel fulfilled and well rounded as a human. In an information overload era with access to the world at our fingertips there's nothing stopping you from becoming an authority figure on any domain of your choosing

It must feel demoralizing as a passionate startup founder to post about what you're building to have it met only with ai bot responses. "Corporate speak" is over for every industry imo. If you cant spit raw to the ether you're seen as a bot and will be met with no actual adoption

Lol I was telling everyone this months ago. Glp1's will cause a wave of mental illness sold as a mental health cure. The interaction with dopamine receptors also affects ghrelin and leptin all of which are precursors of sex hormones. Reta basically turns you off as a human and makes you reliant on an injection to perform basic hormonal processes. If you observe someone who has been on reta for months, their mental acuity drops significantly, personality and creative thinking disappears. It also severely nukes the thyroid. I took reta for ~6 months and experienced all this first hand. I experienced such severe anhedonia that i would look at a pair of scissors and think about stabbing myself for absolutely no reason. My ability to come up with original thoughts or think fluidly became a foreign concept. I couldn't write to save my life. I haven't touched any peptides in a couple months. Two days ago i took a dose of thymosin alpha 1 and experienced the same mental reshuffling and am still feeling slightly dumb and not able to express myself clearly. I really don't think we understand what peptides are and how they interact with our system yet. Please be cautious using any of them
Clavicular says 10mg of retatrutide "literally rapes you." It made him "apathetic" and changed his personality. It's going to become much harder to sweep the personality-changing effects of GLP-1 drugs under the carpet as more and more people take them.

Yo on some real shit stop cursing yourself. You have to be extremely delusional. You have to believe so much in what you're doing that people think you've lost it. Theme for this year is delusional confidence. To the point it makes people worry about you. You have to be your first believer. You cant keep saying "i always do x wrong i never do y" . CHANGE. DO BETTER. BELIEVE YOU CAN WIN. Stop operating out of fear and expecting to fail. There is a certain feeling of being invincible that my dad said i had when i was a teenager that we all should strive to never let die. Superman mentality. I got arrested at 17 and had it expunged bc i turned 18 so i kept doing crimes lol. Nothing could ever touch me. Aging is a trap to lose that child-like sense of invincibility and allow the world set boundaries on our beliefs. Oh i'll be happy with just x I'll just do what is required then relax. We live in such a delusional fucked up world that if you are not delusional about your own future you will simply get dusted. Game starts from within. How in the hell do you think the retards who bought 1$ btc ever held? They brainwashed themselves into believing they were right. Same needs to happen for your belief in your trading, your life trajectory, your goals etc. Set bigger goals and believe Harder this year.
