Never trust an airline whose ticket sales web page includes the word "up sell" in the URL. @etihad - it seems to be your business model.

Nice to know you can pay full price for a business class seat on @etihad, and when you show up at the airport they can simply “downgrade” you to economy because they sold more seats than they have (not sure how that's my problem). Done flying these guys.

Despite letters explaining our dissatisfaction being couriered personally to the CEO and Chairman, it seems that customers are not important enough to warrant even an acknowledgement.

Despite us giving full details, their investigations were unsatisfactory and we were never given the details. We ended up paying significant extra charges to get a flight that was not exactly what we wanted but close. -->

Not only did @etihad cancel one of my flights within a few days of booking, they forced us to use a malfunctioning Web page to select a replacement and then the customer service failed to give correct information which ended up with us being given an unsatisfactory replacement ->
