Asking about what it feels like is not really helpful… but pattern recognition & examination can really narrow down causes!
NB: tests including manoeuvres to determine skew etc are really helpful - writing these into a diagnostic pathway minimises unnecessary Ix #ICEM22

What is the NNT for tPA?
It is the inverse of the absolute risk reduction. So looking at 8 good trials - 2 positive, 4 neutral, 2 negative. So let’s look at the 2 positives… #ICEM22

2 trials: Hoffman& Schriger; and Alper et al. But both have been reanalysed querying the interpretation of the data… begging the question: have ANY studies truly shown superiority? #ICEM22

This is definitely exciting. There is a large group of stakeholders in EM development. The true pioneers are the MMEDs & ECPs, EC Nurses, & EMTs who are leading the way in EM dev't. Attached are a couple screenshots from Dr. @jacintajustine1 giving the inaugural EMIG lecture.
