Delighted a Project Viability Grant from @ArchHFund Harnessing Heritage programme is helping @CarnegieOldpark Trust engage with @ulsterahs and others to secure a sustainable future for the library. Finding uses relevant to local community need is key to successful projects.
Great fun at our Library yesterday with 30 guests from Ulster Architectural Heritage exploring, inquiring and advising on our restoration, future purposes and meanwhile uses. Loving the army of enthusiasts marching up the Oldpark Road!

The featured Culmore Fort project, located on the water’s edge, just outside Derry, beautifully demonstrates how the Village Catalyst programme delivers for both buildings at risk and people in need. Delighted to help Culmore Community Partnership realise their vision.

What a day for a visit to Orlock Farm, near Donaghadee, to help the CIC under formation explore how reuse of the threshing barn in this special vernacular group can help to bring the whole site to life. Really useful discussions with colleagues from @CommunitiesNI & @ulsterahs
