Mechanism consistent with AVNRT, we could only produce an 8 msec H-H perturbation with Single Atrial Extrastimulations from proximal CS.
Fundamentally reset, but did not meet the 10 msec cutoff.
Further incremental scanning of SAE did however terminate tachycardia with AH block.
