The Think-Box is on! Blown away by the sheer amount of talent and number of entries there's been, settling on "one" was tough! Wish I could make them all! -Arkan <3

We have a winner for the UBERFEST 2026 trophy concept design competition. This isn't it, nor are these people enjoying a TF2 victory. But the scale is about right, both for the trophy itself and for our relief that we were able to get through 130 entries! Watch out for updates from @ArkanCosplay on how the concept is being translated into an actual thing a team is going to win in September.

Fun fact, we built and fully finished a mechanical 1:1 scale TF2 Minigun for our first Meet the REAL Medic production trip. But because of new US laws we couldn’t ship it so it’s just been rotting away in the backrooms for months.
