Conflict and violence solve nothing, DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry says, but fuel global recession and hardship for ordinary people instead.
Pakistan remains "cautiously optimistic," he said, warning of "powerful spoilers" who somehow think conflict serves their interests.
"It doesn't serve us, it doesn't serve the world, and it doesn't serve American citizens."
DGISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry:
We need to understand that there are powerful spoilers and detractors who somehow think that conflict, mayhem and violence serves them.
They somehow think that a global recession, economic pressure and hardship serve them.
It doesn't serve us. It doesn't serve the world at large. It doesn't even serve American citizens.

DG ISPR Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry on whether Iran🇮🇷 could join the Makkah Pact🇹🇷🇸🇦🇵🇰:
"A plain reading of the Makkah Pact alliance is that there is no bar on anybody joining or not joining. It’s for the three principal parties to decide. Anyone who has a shared vision of collective deterrence and regional peace, why not? Everyone is most welcome."

"It's a conflict between the other parties, US and Iran. We aren’t part of the conflict, so we are the mediators."

Indian Airforce currently Operates around 60 while Indian Navy Operates around 40 Mig-29 Fighter Jets.
Indian Navy is already Planning to Mig-29K with Rafale-M Fighter Jets, but IAFs Plan to Retire Mig-29UPG is getting delayed, because they wanted to Replace it with Tejas Mk-2, which itself got delayed/ almost Cancelled due to Engine Issues.
Now, IAF is planning to Use Cannibalization to maintain some Active Units, because that's their Only Hope to keep Squadron Strength against China and Pakistan.
Indian Navy is looking Forward to Induct 26 Rafale-M (Maritime Variant) Fighter Jets for INS Vikrant and their Deliveries are Expected to Start after 2028.
India has also Requested French Government to provide early Deliveries as almost 80% of Mig-29K fleet on INS Virkant is already grounded because of Structural and Maintenance Issues.
Indian Navy wants Rafale-M ASAP, as they don't want to Turn their Aircrafts into "Flying Coffins" like the Airforce Units.

India has requested 31 additional Rafale-M (Rafale-Marine) fighter jets from France to fulfill the numbers on Aircraft Carriers.
This would be on top of the 26 Rafale-M already ordered in April 2025 and if approved, the Indian Navy will have 57 carrier-based Rafale-M fighter Aircrafts.
That number is more than France's own naval fleet of around 41 Rafale Fighter Jets.

France has completely Rejected to Provide any Additional Rafale Fighter Jet to IAF Before 2031. 🙂
Indian Navy will Start Receiving Rafale-M (Naval Variant) in 2028, but IAF has to wait till 2031 to get its Additional Rafale Fighter Jets.
Till then, IAF is stuck with only 32x Rafale Fighter Jets.

A Rafale Marine fighter jet landed on INS Vikrant on its maiden attempt on October 29.
The landing is a part of trials to pave the way for operational integration, with the navy expected to receive its first batch by 2028-29. #RafaleMarine #INSVikrant
