I understand those saying Arsenal or the players could easily pay for Zach’s treatment, and perhaps they could.
But if we say the players should personally pay every time someone needs help, how many people would they have to cater for? Sadly, there are many people fighting different battles.
For me, seeing the players and manager come together to show support for Zach is about more than money. It shows that he and his family are not alone, that people care, and that Arsenal is a FAMILY. ❤️🤍🙏

I’m saying this as a football fan, not just an Arsenal supporter.
I don’t think Manchester United’s biggest problem is the manager.
Over the past eight seasons, they’ve gone through multiple managerial changes, yet the same problems continue. Meanwhile, Arsenal appointed Mikel Arteta and committed to a long-term project.
United’s problems may run deeper, from the club’s structure and recruitment to the mentality and leadership within the squad.
Watching their 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth, I saw energy and passion, and I felt they were a little unfortunate in some moments. They have good players, but they need the right mentality, consistency and leadership to compete at the highest level.
I also believe Manchester United should seriously consider selling Bruno Fernandes in January and appointing a new captain. For me, leadership matters, and a captain must set the right example, especially during difficult moments. If United want to build a stronger team with a different mentality, making that difficult decision could be an important step.
You cannot keep sacking managers and expect different results without addressing the problems within the club itself. Managers don’t play the game; the players do.
United need a clear vision, better recruitment and a stronger collective mentality. Changing managers alone will not fix everything.
