It's very disingenuine and disappointing (if not slightly expected) to see the lovely Lib Dems whingeing again at a time like this. One minute saying 'we are all in this together' and then ...
The LibDem administration in Bath is grumbling about Government support. Yet B&NES has received £10million in emergency CV-19 funding to support adult social care, children's services and protect others most vulnerable in this crisis, including rough sleepers. #InThisTogether

Tom Moore, a 99-year-old war veteran, raised 12 millions pounds for the NHS by walking 100 lengths of his back garden before his 100th birthday. He initially planned to raise £1,000 through the challenge, but extended his fundraiser after raising £70,000 in 24 hours.

Thinking of seeing friends and family this Easter? Don’t. If you leave home, you could catch or spread #coronavirus. #StayHomeSaveLives

It’s called planning. Try to focus on the big picture.
BBC accidentally broadcast some news on R4 Today prog this morning. Huge new Nightingale Hospital not opening yet because existing London hospitals are currently coping.
I don't expect @BorisJohnson/ @MattHancock to be perfect. D'you know why? Cos I'm not perfect myself. Some people should remember that b4 criticising. I only expect them to do the best job poss in a difficult/unexpected situation. & from what I'm seeing, they are!👍🇬🇧 #COVID19

From what I am hearing on the ground the NHS is coping well. Of course there are issues, but we had a few crucial weeks to prepare and that has been significant. Hancock said there were 1821 spare critical beds (not including Nightingale). Brilliant effort from all involved!

Well articulated @DouglasKMurray About time. Behaviours take a while to change. About 8 weeks. The term ‘ferocious’ is typical liberal victim hood vocabulary.
I'm looking for self-employed, freelancers, very tiny microbusinesses to interview for my 'Self-Employed Stories" slot, webcasting daily live to the, er, nation - keen to get a wide demographic range, ages, and type of worker - anyone self employed would fit the bill! Dms open

It would also be good if they reimbursed for flights they cancelled a month ago!!! And responded to emails about same now that they have a little time on their hands.
I’m really uneasy with EasyJet reportedly paying its shareholders £174m in dividends, and then days later, using the Government job retention scheme to pay its staff...
Just been to Sainsbury’s local near my house to get some essentials, 2 young women NHS workers from an ambulance walk in, “well dones” and “ keep going “ from many shoppers, including myself brought them to almost tears, then at checkout a guy paid for their food #Lovely
