PROFESSIONAL & LEADERSHIP PROFILE
Mr. Soni Vijay is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist, cultural innovator, international community leader, Global GCV Ambassador and Diplomat, and Founder of the France GCV Movement.
Born in India and based in France, he has developed an international presence combining fine arts, cultural diplomacy, decentralized technology, community development, and strategic leadership.
His artistic disciplines include traditional miniature painting, contemporary art, photography, illustration, and handpoke tattooing. His achievements include recognition through the Luxembourg Art Prize for Artistic Merit, together with other state-level and international distinctions.
Mr. Vijay has also demonstrated practical commitment to the development of real-world Pi and GCV utility through significant art transactions settled in Pi at GCV value, contributing to the expansion of decentralized economic participation within the creative sector.
As Founder of the France GCV Movement, he has invested his time, resources, and leadership in pioneer education, community development, international cooperation, merchant-network expansion, and cross-border GCV initiatives.
He is further spearheading the development of a community-centered digital platform intended to strengthen connections among pioneers, merchants, artists, and ecosystem participants internationally.
EXECUTIVE MANDATE
As Vice Executive Director of the Global GCV Core Team, Mr. Soni Vijay is authorized and expected to:
- Assist the Global GCV Executive Director in implementing global organizational strategies and directives.
- Strengthen coordination among national and regional GCV communities.
- Support the development and supervision of international GCV programs and initiatives.
- Promote pioneer education, responsible ecosystem development, and real-world utility.
- Strengthen international cultural diplomacy and cooperation among diverse communities.
- Support merchant, artist, entrepreneur, and ecosystem-development networks.
- Coordinate with other Global GCV departments and leadership bodies.
- Identify capable volunteers and emerging leaders who can strengthen the Movement.
- Maintain organizational discipline, transparency, accountability, unity, and service.
- Place the collective interests of pioneers and the Global GCV Movement above personal interests or individual relationships.
This position is not an honorary title or personal privilege. It is an executive responsibility carrying measurable duties, accountability, and an obligation to serve.
Mr. Soni Vijay is expected to exercise his authority within the established organizational structure and in cooperation with the Founder & Chairperson, Global GCV Executive Director, CEO, fellow Vice Executive Directors, Cabinet members, and departmental leadership.

Global GCV Value—the value standard we are talking about for Pi—cannot possibly be determined through a so-called “vote.”
The idea that Pi’s value can be decided by a community vote is fundamentally mistaken and lacks basic logic.
Think about it:
How could a global value standard possibly be determined by a vote?
First, you cannot even verify that everyone participating in such a vote is a genuine Pioneer. In any public voting process, non-Pioneers could participate, and some people might even participate more than once.
Second, even if every participant were a genuine Pioneer, a vote still could not guarantee that the result reflects a correct understanding of value.
Pioneers have very different levels of understanding.
Some have studied for years. Some have only recently joined the community. Some understand GCV, while others still look at Pi entirely through the traditional cryptocurrency price mindset.
Should a global value standard really be determined by a simple majority vote among people with completely different levels of understanding?
If the majority itself has an incorrect understanding, should that incorrect understanding be allowed to determine the future of Pi?
I have repeatedly explained:
GCV is a Value Standard.
It is not a popularity contest, and it is not a question of “whoever gets the most votes is correct.”
According to our understanding and position on GCV, GCV has already been established, and we believe the relevant ecosystem and blockchain data have already been formed. Therefore, there is no reason to launch another vote now to determine GCV.
Please stop confusing voting with a value standard.
A vote can express the opinions of a group of people.
But a vote, by itself, cannot establish or prove a value standard.
Instead of thinking about launching another vote, people should first seriously study and understand:
What is Price?
What is Value?
What is a Value Standard?
What is Global Consensus Value?
Understand these basic concepts first, and then discuss GCV.

They repeatedly tell everyone:
“It has already been confirmed!”
“It will go live at the end of this month!”
“It will be open-source at the end of this month!”
“It will be fully open at the end of this month!”
“Physical-goods exchange will begin at the end of this month!”
One “end of the month” after another.
Again and again, they tell you:
“It has been confirmed!”
“It is coming soon!”
“Good news is coming!”
Isn’t this what you see every day?
And aren’t many people believing it?
Aren’t many people forwarding and reposting it?
Now do you understand why you keep asking for results but still do not see the results you are waiting for?
Every day, people ask:
“When will we see results?”
“Why haven’t we seen results yet?”
“How much longer do we have to wait?”

I see far too many Pioneers who are still confused. I have explained this again and again, yet many people still do not understand and still do not know what they should do.
Actually, the principle is very simple.
Many Pioneers keep asking:
“I hope Pi can succeed. When will it succeed?”
“Why have we waited for so long?”
“Why do we still not have the result we are waiting for?”
I have already explained this many times.
One very important reason is that people are not studying, not taking action, and not following the correct direction.
The project was designed with a path for Pioneers to participate and contribute. The community needs to move forward step by step along that path.
But what is happening today?
Too many people are not following it.
Why have I written so many educational articles?
Because I want everyone to understand why you need to study the White Paper, why you need to understand the direction designed by the project, and why Pioneers themselves also have responsibilities.
But many Pioneers do not listen and do not study. Instead, they continue asking:
“Why? Why? Why is nothing happening yet?”
You want to know why?
Because you are not learning.
You refuse to study, and then you run after every rumor, every prediction, and every person who claims to know what will happen next. Of course you become more and more confused.
So what should you do today?
It is very simple.
First, leave the groups that repeatedly spread false or misleading information.
Stop spending every day chasing things like:
“Clarity Act!”
“CBDC!”
“The project team has done something again!”
“Everything is coming soon!”
“It will definitely happen by the end of this month!”
Even when some of these topics are real news, they do not automatically complete the work that the Pi community itself needs to do. CBDCs, for example, are not Pi and cannot replace the responsibilities of Pioneers.
We are not simply in a superior-and-subordinate relationship with the project team. The community has its own work and responsibilities.
If you do not do your work today, nobody can build the community for you.
So what should Pioneers do?
Leave groups that continuously spread false and misleading information.
Stop spreading unsupported dates and promises.
Follow educational information.
Follow my X account and Facebook account.
Study what I have been teaching you to do.
Most importantly—go back and study the White Paper.
If you truly understand the White Paper, you will not be so confused.
Why are you confused today?
Because you do not understand it.
If you do not understand, that is okay. I can teach you.
But if I teach you, you need to listen. If I write educational articles, you need to study them.
Do not run after one person today because they say something exciting, and then run after another person tomorrow because they tell you something different.
After doing that for years, you come back and ask me:
“Teacher, why haven't we succeeded yet?”
If every day you spread unverified information and help misleading information reach more Pioneers, how can you expect the community to move in the right direction?
You are not helping your own future. You are picking up a stone every day and dropping it on your own foot.
So stop asking only, “Why?”
First ask yourself:
Have I seriously studied the White Paper?
Have I seriously studied the education?
Have I stopped spreading false and misleading information?
Have I actually done the work that I am responsible for?
Start with these basic things.
Do not just sit there waiting for success.
Become one of the people who helps make success possible.

现在我们都要行动起来，快手只要搞直播，大家去注意一下。那些主播老师讲的是啥？如果反派的如果要我们不要成功的一起，每个群都是6000多人，1万多人，我们一起去黑他要狠一点。然后去投诉，也一样的去投诉，这不是良心问题，这是打仗，打革命战。
我们不狠一点的话，那快手直播和抖音直播，还有国际微信一万几千人的群的都是都是。一天那么大的能量，粉丝比我们的大，我们开一个直播才几百人，他们开一个直播，几千人，上万人。一个群建上万多人，2万人。他们就是还是前几年就搞币，卖币，推广这样，推广那样的，所以我们必须要去投诉他们。大家拿出狠的直招。也就是拿出枪报纸弹去对付他们，去把他们拉进黑屋。不这样就不行了。
如果不用狠的手段，他们永远是负能量，把我们的GCV说成负能量。还说东方老师那么多年嗯，天方夜谭的210万1个。是一坨屎。既然他们这样子讽刺和说，就让他们把这个梦想。慢慢的成了真的现实。
所以我们必须拿出枪炮子弹去对付他们。大家主动起来全网转发。把那些直播老师那些负能量的全部拉进黑屋。
去举报他们，让他们没法开直播。那我们再把我们东方老师的文章全部全网转发出去，每个人去建群。
每个人建几个群，至少要建立两个，拉一些人进去，然后发东方老师的文章，这样成片数的那些在外派的人都流量越来越大，每天一个人，带几个人，那10个人就是几十个。百个人，千个人，万个人，同样的主动去做同样的事嘞。

Recognition of Meirong and Sister Ling
Today, I would like to give special recognition to two outstanding Pioneers in our Chinese community—Meirong and Sister Ling.
They are both excellent examples for our community. They are determined, courageous, and willing to take real action. They actively share my educational messages and articles across different groups and social media platforms, helping more Pioneers understand the right direction.
If our Pi community had 10,000 Pioneers working as hard as Meirong and Sister Ling, our education and information could spread much faster.
People always ask: Why is it taking so long? How can we move faster?
The answer is simple:
Take action.
Study seriously. Share accurate information. Help confused Pioneers understand. When you encounter accounts impersonating Dr. Nicolas, the Core Team, or clearly engaging in scams, preserve the evidence and report them truthfully through the platform’s proper reporting procedures.
Do not just wait for someone else to do the work.

To all GCV Ambassadors, community leaders, and Pioneers around the world:
The time has come for us to stand up and take real action!
For too long, unverified claims, false dates, misleading information, accounts impersonating official figures, and various forms of deceptive content have continued to spread throughout our community.
They create confusion. They damage trust. They mislead Pioneers. And they have become serious obstacles to the healthy development of our community.
WE CANNOT REMAIN PASSIVE!
WE CANNOT REMAIN SILENT!

I am calling on every GCV Ambassador, every community leader, and every Pioneer to learn from Meirong, Sister Ling, and the many other outstanding GCV Ambassadors and Pioneers who have courageously taken action.

Think about it.

🚨 URGENT WARNING TO ALL PIONEERS
I have said this countless times:
GCV CASH-OUT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS STAGE.
If anyone tells you:
“Pay me first, and I can help you cash out your Pi at GCV,”
DO NOT PAY. WALK AWAY.
We are now receiving reports alleging that more than 12,000 Pioneers in Indonesia paid approximately Rp.500,000 (about US$28) each in connection with promises of GCV cash-out. These allegations should be verified, but they show exactly why education is so important.
Why do I keep asking everyone to follow, study, like, and repost my information?
Because when correct information is not spread, misinformation fills the space—and Pioneers can lose money.
I have repeatedly warned everyone:
The Global GCV Movement does NOT charge Pioneers a GCV cash-out fee.
Do not believe someone simply because they use the words GCV, Pi, a GCV logo, a community title, or have many followers.
STOP. VERIFY. DO NOT PAY.

Our community continues to be flooded with fake news, misleading information, and false messages.
In addition, some former so-called community leaders, GCV Ambassadors, and other influential individuals have begun charging Pioneers money. Although the amount may only be a few dozen dollars per person, when thousands or even tens of thousands of people are paying—and the collection continues—the total amount can become very significant.
So I want to tell everyone again:
Do not stop following my information simply because you have heard certain people attack or discredit me.
Why do I keep asking you to follow my account?
Because I have repeatedly warned you about these risks. I am trying to protect Pioneers.
If you carefully follow my information, you will know what to be cautious about and when you should NOT PAY MONEY.
Today, this problem has become very serious. Similar reports involving fees and so-called “GCV cash-out” schemes are appearing in different countries, and the problem continues to spread.
I have repeatedly emphasized:
GCV has received the support and trust of many Pioneers, but many Pioneers still do not truly understand GCV.
They do not read my articles. They do not follow the correct information. They do not like or repost the warnings.
What is the result?
Other people may be misled—and you may be misled too.
That is why spreading correct information is so important.
I am the Founder of the Global GCV Movement, and I have repeatedly told everyone:
If we have not truly reached the conditions for Value Mainnet, large-scale 100% Pi transactions at GCV cannot become a reality.
Even if one or two merchants or individuals voluntarily accept 100% Pi, those are isolated cases. A few individual examples do not mean that all Pioneers can already use 100% Pi for GCV transactions on a large scale.
At this stage, what we are promoting is a practical model of partial Pi + partial fiat.
If large-scale 100% Pi transactions for goods and services have not yet become a reality, then claims that you can simply pay someone now and have your Pi converted into cash at GCV should be treated with extreme caution.
Do you understand?
SPREAD MY INFORMATION! SPREAD IT EVERYWHERE, WITHOUT BLIND SPOTS!
THIS IS THE MOST, MOST IMPORTANT WORK FOR EVERYONE RIGHT NOW!
If you truly want to achieve results, then correct information must reach every country, every community, every group, and every Pioneer.

为什么我要写这么多文章？
我写这么多文章，不是为了让你记住我的每一句话，而是为了帮助你建立三种最基本的能力：
知识、逻辑和判断力。
因为当一个人缺乏这些能力时，他甚至很难保护自己。
今天社区里充斥着 fake news、misleading information、虚假承诺和各种收费项目。很多先锋面对这些信息，不知道如何判断真假，也不知道什么时候应该停下来问一句：
这是真的吗？证据在哪里？我为什么要交钱？
这就是教育的重要性。
为什么有人不希望你看我的文章？
网络上一直有人攻击我、污蔑我、抹黑我，甚至告诉先锋不要再听 Doris、不要再看 Doris 的文章。
但请你自己思考一个问题：
如果一篇文章教你不要轻易交钱、不要相信所谓的“GCV兑现”、不要盲目相信任何 leader，而是要求你核实事实、独立判断——谁会不喜欢这样的教育？
我不能替你判断每一个攻击我的人有什么动机。
但是有一点非常清楚：
当先锋越来越有知识、越来越会思考、越来越懂得核实的时候，scam 就越来越难成功。
这才是我不断写文章的意义。
不是我需要你，而是你需要保护自己的能力。
如果你已经拥有足够的知识和独立判断能力，你当然可以自己判断。
问题是，很多先锋还没有建立这种能力。
而风险并没有停止。
现在不同国家不断出现收费、虚假承诺和所谓“GCV兑现”的信息。一笔钱也许只是几十美元，但对于一些先锋来说，那可能是一笔重要的生活费。
更危险的是：
一个人被骗几十美元不是终点。
如果错误的信息继续传播，今天是一个人，明天可能是一百个人，最后可能是成千上万的人。
所以不要认为：
“我自己看懂了就可以了。”
不够。
当你确认一条重要的风险警告是准确的，你还应该帮助其他先锋看到它。
因为我们保护的不只是钱。
我们真正保护的是整个社区的信任、教育和未来。
想一想：
如果一个社区长期充斥着 fake news、misleading information、虚假承诺和欺骗行为，真正的商家为什么要相信这个社区？
外面的世界为什么要相信我们？
没有信任，生态如何建立？
没有真正的生态，我们所期待的价值又如何实现？
所以这件事情从来不只是：
“几十美元被骗了。”
它关系到我们究竟要建立一个什么样的社区。
我要的不是盲目的 followers。
我要的是能够：
学习、思考、核实、判断、保护自己，也保护别人的 Pioneers。
所以，请阅读我的文章，关注我的 X 和 Facebook。
但更重要的是：
不要因为是 Doris 说的就相信。
去理解它。
去思考它。
去核实它。
然后，把经过核实的正确信息传递出去。
因为真正强大的社区，不是建立在盲从之上。
它建立在知识、判断力和信任之上。

WHY DO PIONEERS GET SCAMMED?
There are several reasons why Pioneers fall victim to scams.
One important reason is laziness.
Some people do not want to study, listen, think, or take action. They simply want someone else to give them the final answer:
“It’s done! We succeeded! You don’t have to do anything!”
But I want to tell you something:
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Nothing valuable simply falls from the sky.
If you constantly hope for an easy fortune without effort, someone may eventually take advantage of that mentality.
Why do scams succeed?
Because scammers understand what people desperately want to hear.
You want to become wealthy quickly. You want results without effort. You want someone to tell you:
“Success is coming immediately.”
“Cash-out is coming immediately.”
“Just pay a little money now, and you will receive much more later.”
When greed takes control, judgment becomes weaker.
So the first lesson is:
DO NOT BE GREEDY. CONTROL YOUR GREED.
When you stop expecting something for nothing, many scams immediately become much easier to recognize.
The second lesson is:
DO NOT BE LAZY.
Many Pioneers tell me:
“Teacher, I am waiting. I am patient. As long as I wait patiently, eventually the result will come.”
I tell you:
That is wrong.
One of our biggest problems today is that too many people have confused waiting with patience.
What is real patience?
Real patience means that you have studied, worked, contributed, and done everything within your responsibility—and then you patiently wait for the final result.
There is an old Chinese saying:
“Man proposes; Heaven disposes.”
First, you must propose.
First, you must act.
If you have done nothing and are simply sitting there waiting, what exactly are you waiting for?
Doing nothing while expecting an enormous result is not patience.
That is simply waiting for something to fall from the sky.
And in the end, you may discover that all your waiting produced nothing.
So stop asking:
“Why have I waited so many years and still have no result?”
First ask yourself:
“WHAT HAVE I DONE DURING THOSE YEARS?”
Have I studied?
Have I improved my ability to judge information?
Have I contributed to the community?
Have I shared accurate information?
Have I helped other Pioneers recognize fake news and misleading information?
Have I actually done anything to help build the ecosystem we hope to achieve?
If you have done nothing, waiting alone cannot magically create the result.
And you do not need to spend every day watching the Pi Core Team and asking what they did today or what they will update tomorrow.
They have their work. You have your responsibility.
Instead of constantly asking what other people are doing, ask yourself:
“WHAT DID I DO TODAY?”
Do not be greedy.
Do not be lazy.
Do not simply wait.
LEARN. THINK. JUDGE. ACT.
Work when it is time to work. Act when it is time to act. Fulfill your own responsibilities first.
Then have patience for the result.
That is real patience.

PIONEERS MUST REMEMBER: DO NOT WORSHIP ANYONE
There is another very important issue that I must remind everyone about:
Do not worship anyone—including me.
Do not chase celebrities, and do not turn any community leader, influencer, or so-called “important person” into someone you blindly admire.
If someone gains followers and then constantly displays a supposedly luxurious lifestyle, uses AI to create glamorous images, and fills social media with personal portraits and photos designed to attract attention, you should become more cautious.
Ask yourself:
What is this person actually spreading?
Are they spreading knowledge, educating Pioneers, and helping the community develop better understanding?
Or are they mainly attracting traffic, building a personal image, and expanding their own influence?
Do not assume that someone deserves your trust simply because they have many followers, beautiful pictures, or appear to live a luxurious life.
Judge what they say, what they do, and whether their claims are supported by facts and evidence.
There are no stars in our community.
I am not a star either.
I have always told everyone that our relationship is one of teacher and student.
Why do I sometimes criticize you?
Because when I see serious mistakes, as a teacher, I have a responsibility to point them out. I educate you because I want to help you learn, think, and strengthen your ability to make sound judgments.
But everyone must understand one important distinction:
RESPECTING A TEACHER IS NOT THE SAME AS WORSHIPPING A PERSON.
When I ask you to respect your Teacher, I am not asking you to worship Doris.
What I truly want you to focus on is not me as a person, but what I am teaching you.
Do not assume something is correct simply because Doris said it.
Ask yourself:
Does it make sense?
Is it logical?
Is it supported by facts?
Can I learn something from it?
Can this knowledge improve my own judgment?
If it makes sense, learn from it.
If you have doubts, think about it and verify it.
That is real education.
A mature Pioneer should never hand over their independent judgment to any leader. Nor should you believe every word someone says simply because you admire that person.
Once a community begins chasing personalities, glorifying individuals, and blindly worshipping people, independent thinking can easily disappear.
And once you lose your independent judgment, the risk of being used, misled, or financially exploited increases.
So I tell everyone again:
**DO NOT CHASE STARS.
DO NOT WORSHIP ANYONE.
DO NOT WORSHIP ME.**
Respect your Teacher—but do not worship your Teacher.
Focus on ideas, not personalities.
Study the message, not the image.
Look at facts, not follower counts.
Keep your ability to think independently.
The ultimate purpose of my teaching is not to make you depend on me forever.
My hope is that one day, even when Teacher is not beside you, you will be able to think for yourself, make your own judgments, distinguish truth from falsehood, and know which path you should take.
THAT IS THE TRUE MEANING OF EDUCATION.

BE A TRUE BELIEVER IN GCV — NOT A BLIND BELIEVER, AND NOT AN EXPLOITER OF GCV
Be a true believer in GCV. Do not become a blind believer in GCV, and do not become an exploiter of GCV.
GCV means Global Consensus Value.
Why do I keep emphasizing that GCV does not need the Core Team to endorse it, and does not need the Core Team to announce it?
Why?
Because this is our responsibility.
Dr. Nicolas authorized Pioneers. Pioneers have the right and authority to decide, create, and build Pi’s value.
And this Pi value is necessary to fulfill Pi’s vision. According to the White Paper, it must have a Global Consensus Value; otherwise, it cannot achieve its goal.
But this is only the first step.
Many people say:
“GCV has succeeded.”
I say GCV has succeeded, but that does not mean Pi Network has succeeded.
Why?
Because the success of GCV only means that we have reached a consensus regarding Pi’s value—its intrinsic value.
For example, imagine that we have a ruler. Everyone agrees that a certain distance is one meter, or one centimeter.
That is all—it means we have reached a consensus.
But it is a necessary condition, not a sufficient condition.
Do you understand?
So when we complete GCV, do not doubt whether the project team will approve it.
They will accept it because we have the right to do it. They do not have that right. Do you understand?
We are the official ones. They are not the official ones.
They can only accept it. As long as we build it, they will naturally accept it, and the blockchain will accept it.
Do not have any doubts.
You doubt because you do not understand.
Second, why do I say that GCV succeeding does not mean Pi Network has succeeded?
For Pi Network to become a currency, there are two conditions.
Having a fixed value does not mean it has succeeded.
That is only theoretical.
We also need it in practice.
People must use it, accept it, recognize it, and keep it circulating.
We need more Pi wallets using it and more merchants accepting it, including, in the future, governments and banks accepting it.
For banks, governments, and companies to accept it, our Pi Network Community needs to build up trust in our community.
If our community is filled with lies and fraud everywhere, they will not come in. Do you understand?
Because this belongs to the economic sphere.
And economics involves what?
Risk.
It is a question of risk.
So what everyone needs to do is create the conditions for more merchants to use it.
We can start with partial fiat and partial Pi. This can protect merchants’ interests, so merchants do not have to take all the risk.
But the most important thing is still migration. Do you understand?
Right now, the amount of Pi in Pioneers’ wallets is not enough to form an economy.
Why?
Because it is too little, and there are too few people. It cannot yet form an economy.
But to achieve this goal, we need Pioneers to move toward Pi’s vision by holding it—not abandoning it, not stopping mining, and not selling everything on exchanges immediately after receiving and migrating their Pi.
If that happens, the project team will not dare to migrate more Pi. Do you understand?
You want migration. You want KYC, but you must provide the conditions first.
When they trust you, when they trust our community, then those approximately 900 KYBed entities—including banks, financial institutions, and large companies—will dare to sign.
Otherwise, Pioneers are being scammed every day. There are scammers, and there are people being scammed.
If this is the situation, then ask yourself:
Which company would dare to come in?
Which bank would dare to come in?
