I don’t think most people realize it yet, but Snap just pulled a coup d’etat on the entire XR industry, dethroning previous XR leaders like Meta, Apple, and Google, with a standalone AR glasses device and supporting tech stack that is a decade ahead of any of the competition.

My team won 1st place for the Afference track at the Stanford XR hackathon this weekend I can now brag about being a 2x Stanford XR hackathon winner :) (2023 and 2025) My entire team is current/former SJSU students, so we decided to call ourselves the "Spatial Spartans" lol

It's surprising to me there isn't really any great virtual reality apps for learning how to be an electrician. I've found a few of them but they are either not great or you have to "schedule a demo" in order to try them (just publish it! why hide it like that).

Imagine... You tap headphones to your phone and it pairs over bluetooth instantly. You tap a wireless mouse to your computer and it pairs instantly. You tap AR glasses to a bluetooth keyboard and they pair instantly. No hassle trying to pair devices using pairing apps.
