Federal prosecutor ’likes’ Trump legal loss
Assistant U.S. Attorney Sailaja Paidipaty’s social media habits are raising eyebrows.
Ms. Paidipaty, who works in the U.S. attorney’s office for the Northern District of California, has been hitting “like” on posts celebrating President Trump’s legal losses or praising President Biden.
In one of those instances, Ms. Paidipaty “liked” a post about a ruling halting Mr. Trump’s executive order punishing Jenner & Block, a prominent law firm, after it employed a lawyer who’d been a key member of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Mr. Trump during his first term.
“Seen, Heard & Whispered” has been told that it’s unethical for a lawyer representing the Justice Department to show approval for a ruling against an executive order issued by her top boss as DOJ was defending the policy in court.
Ms. Paidipaty also liked a post from Aaron Zelinsky, another lawyer from Mueller’s probe, when he announced his move to law firm Zuckerman Spaeder.
The Washington Times reached out to Ms. Paidipaty for comment.

We've had 9 justices since 1869.
Supreme Court justices used to get on their horses and ride circuit.
With the post-Civil War explosion in federal cases, Congress created the U.S. courts of appeals--the intermediate appellate court--in 1891.
There's no need for more than 9 justices.
Democrats had no problem with this.
Then Trump transformed the Supreme Court to the first constitutionalist majority in 90 years.
So Democrats now want to pack the Supreme Court.
They want to add 4 more radical left-wing justices.
So they can take away our God-given rights to speak, worship, associate, and protect ourselves.
VOTE this November.

An 18-year-old was radicalized by ISIS on our home soil.
He almost shot up the Mall of America in Minnesota.
Thankfully, the FBI stopped him.
We can't let this happen in America.
Stop the Red-Green Alliance.
He was born here.
He was radicalized here.
And he almost shot up Mall of America in the name of ISIS.
The FBI stopped him this time.
But next time?
We can't take that chance.
Stop the Red-Green Alliance.
This November, Vote America.

The Virginia citizens on the federal grand jury who indicted her disagree with you.
They thought now was the more appropriate time to indict her.
I have read the charging document alleging a series of criminal acts by a member of the Virginia Senate. In our American system of justice, people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, and that is true for Senator L. Louise Lucas. She and her family deserve the opportunity to present their defense and speak to the allegations presented.
The timing of this indictment undermines the U.S. Department of Justice’s previously longstanding policy of not taking legal actions — to include indictments or significant investigative steps — close to an election and sadly, this timing further erodes the trust the American people deserve to have in the Department of Justice.

Elissa Slotkin said she wants Trump officials prosecuted to scare young conservatives out of public service.
Junior varsity CIA tactics from a former CIA desk jockey analyst.
Instead of apologizing, she's doubling down.
Now she's playing the victim.
Give Democrats the House and the Senate, and we'll have lawfare on steroids.
Thanks for having me, @megynkelly

BREAKING: Virginia Democrat Louise Lucas and her family were just federally indicted following a massive investigation into a drug trafficking ring run by Lucas herself.
The indictment alleged that Lucas managed a sprawling drug-trafficking operation that included bribery, wire fraud, money laundering, and that she also corruptly used her official legislative office to benefit her business and disadvantage any potential competitors.
The facts alleged in the indictment are wild. According to the Feds, Louise Lucas was picked up on a wiretap stating that the drug-trafficking operation was her “last chance” to “get generational wealth.”
Lucas was also caught on wiretaps bragging about using her office to block potential competitors in the drug-trafficking business. “We trying to disqualify [unindicted co-conspirator 2] until he pays me back my money,” Lucas said.
Lucas bragged on wiretaps about her ability to control the police as well. “The whole police department protected us,” Lucas said.
