I had this silly little idea a few months ago to make a sword inspired by the Queen of WWE, @MsCharlotteWWE . I am in love with her entire aesthetic, I love her entrance robes and their flamboyance and sparkle, and she is an absolute powerhouse 💎
they didn't need to hot potato the women's tag titles last year for them to be respected and desired. the belts were important because charlotte and alexa made us believe they were important. they treated them like world titles so we saw them as world titles.
their allies of convenience to best friends pipeline was a simple story told well and it made us want to watch them succeed. they defended the belts and took on all challengers and we enjoyed watching them do it because the matches were fun and the story was good.
this should be an actual show. imagine how much more incredible wwe’s women’s division could be if they didn’t have to sacrifice time for the men every week. imagine how their storylines could develop if they weren’t relegated building them to backstage or online exclusive promos

Not only was there a tranny in Inquisition, Iron Bull even had dialogue WITH YOU, THE INQUISITOR on how trans men are men. He sat there and LECTURED YOU on pronouns, and you ate it up without making a peep.
So no...you don't get to claim Veilguard was the starting point of trans characters and trans representation in Dragon Age games. It's been there all along, even in your precious Game of the Year best-seller of the series :)

Remember that there are people who love and support you.
This industry is largely one that operates in decisions that are out of your control… creative direction, storylines, match placement, corporate influence, etc. Because of that, it’s easy to feel dejected and disappointed… that your efforts can sometimes be overlooked… and it can attempt to steal your passion and joy.
Remember that you have actual supporters out there who are wishing the best for you and want you to succeed. Not just your character. Or your match. Or your title. Or your team. You. They believe in you.

So no, chuds, @bioware did not and was not "retconning" the Asari to use pronouns because they were going "woke". Liara explains to Shepard in the OG Mass Effect that she is "not precisely a woman". When she and other asari use feminine pronouns like "she" and "her," they do so primarily as an efficient means to ease communication and bridge the linguistic gap with gender-binary species (like humans, turians, and salarians) who rely heavily on those concepts.
But you're nothing but LARPers and tourists who have never ACTUALLY played any of the Mass Effect games, and just want to continue your diatribe about how "go woke, go broke".
