Inspired by @levelsio and @marclou. They made “building in public” interesting by sharing real numbers. I’m not really building in public though. I’m a performance marketer so I’m going to do my own version and share numbers from what I actually do: ✔️ affiliate commissions ✔️ my affiliate network revenue ✔️ Skool revenue Around 90% of this sits under Aizzr Pty Ltd where I’m the only director. The full system on one line: Proven offer → do the breakeven math → find the angle → advertorial → small tests → kill losers → scale the winner. That's it. No personal brand required. No dancing on camera. The ads ran in Cyprus while I was at the beach. They don't ask for annual leave.
