Rilwan Olawale recorded himself tearing APC campaign posters in Lagos, made inflammatory statements, and tagged the DSS. That is the height of recklessness.
Destroying another political partyโs campaign materials is wrong, full stop. Doing it on camera for social media validation, while daring a security agency, is even worse. The online voices that encouraged the performance will move on. He will deal with the consequences.
His own lawyers have stated that the reported DSS arrest relates to a WhatsApp message to the INEC REC of Lagos that was interpreted as a threat. The poster video and the detention are separate issues. Neither justifies taking the law into oneโs own hands.
Wrong is wrong! Unfortunately no responsible adult on that side is calling it out.

By law:
1. Itโs a legally recognized marriage and it is valid.
2. It is just a church blessing except the church is a licenced church to conduct statutory marriage. Even if it is, it will be void because you canโt marry someone under the tradition and subsequently marry another person in church. So the marriage is void.
3. There is nothing like Court marriage but Statutory Marriage. It is also void because as stated in para 2 above, you canโt be married to someone under native law and custom and subsequently marry another person.
So in sum: the only valid and legally recognised marriage is number 1: traditional marriage.
