Itâs been 48 hours. I understand thereâs a lot of important things going on in the world. That said @Delta someone should respond to me directly.
So @Delta acknowledge change happened that day (at the airport where i was told they canât add me standby but if I buy it online then I can get on the flight (so Iâm home for my family) and I can request the reimbursement without any issue) and now say I misunderstood?!
Iâve been loyal to @Delta for 36 years. They misinformed me that a day of change to go standby would be charged ($325) as a flight change. They have now said they prefer to lose my business than process a refund because âtheir system doesnât allow itâ. So this is biz in AI era đ¤Ž
